Comfort Near Downtown Wichita

Stayed for 11 days over the Thanksgiving holiday in this cozy condo. Very conveniently located in the Delano district. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance. The space is great and felt like home for the two of us. Would definitely recommend.

First trip to Wichita

My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic week at this VRBO in Wichita while visiting our son. We couldn't have asked for a better location! It was incredibly centrally located, making it super easy to navigate around Wichita and get to all the places we needed to go.The property itself was just the right size for our family, offering comfortable and convenient living spaces. One of the highlights for us was the charming courtyard – it's a great spot to relax and unwind, and we really appreciated having the BBQ available for some outdoor cooking.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a comfortable, conveniently located, and enjoyable stay in Wichita. We'd definitely stay here again!

Fabulous

Sweet apartment with large private back yard with deck, grill, planters full of flowers. I use a cane and great accessibility throughout. Very quiet. Wonderful mattresses and furnishings. The property owner, Sheryl, was available and responsive to any requests I had. Enjoyed my initial ten day booking so much I extended my stay by one more week! Highly recommend !

Fantastic Area and space

We were in town for just a couple of days and was looking for someplace centrally located. We were traveling with an infant and it is just so much easier than a hotel. This place was perfect. The space was very nice with a great kitchen area and amenities, very clean, smelled amazing and great communication. Two things that really bumped this stay to five stars is the thoughtfulness of our property owners. They left a table top toy for our lil cutie pie and sanded the walkway the morning that it snowed. WOWZY!!! Thanks again.

If you need a shoe shine during your stay, please let us know. Or if you have a favorite pair of boots or shoes, please free free to bring those with you to be fixed during your stay or we are glad to mail them back to you.

We have used this property for our 2nd business location for the past 7 years. Recently we closed this location and wondering what to do with the building we decided to renovate the building into 2 separate apartments for "A HOME AWAY". This is the 1st of 2 apartments And this one is attached to the back side of our 2nd Airbnb with FREE Private Parking in the rear with a Carport on the premises and street parking in the front. Our apartment is nestled in a quaint setting and located on the West end of the Delano District in Downtown Wichita, KS. Our properties are free of pet dander due to our NO PETS ALLOWED POLICY. Although we love animals as most humans do, we made the choice to not allow pets in or on our properties.
