Perfect weekend away

We stayed here with 2 small children and a baby. It was clean, kid safe, great views and an easy walk along to the cafes at Killcare. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property with a beautiful view

The house is immaculate and the beds are very comfortable. It is all perfectly laid out with a very well equipped kitchen. The view from the deck is stunning. We will definitely book again

Great location, very dusty house with huge construction site next door

Overall, we washed all linen, mattress protector, tea towels, cushion covers and aired all pillows and doonas. Unfortunately there was a huge building site right next door. A disappointing stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Torcello. The location was terrific and we were able to park our boat safely on the front nature strip. The house was comfortable and well appointed and as described. The aircon was appreciated on the hot muggy days as was the laundry for washing while we were staying. Lots of kitchen crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils and plenty of wine glasses although no champagne glasses. The beds were comfortable and living room sofas big and comfy. A few things to suggest which would have made our stay better. We couldn't make full use of the balcony and the fabulous views during warm sunny weather because we couldn't leave the umbrella up due to winds, even light winds. Better cover on the balcony would be good. The outdoor furniture was weathered and flimsy and didn't feel safe. New furniture would make the balcony experience better. A bigger pantry would be welcome for food storage especially when staying for a long period such as we did (10 days). The BBQ was pretty cruddy and I had to clean it better before cooking on it. There were a few pot plants that were dried up so it made the back area look a bit deadly. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay immensely and would happily stay again any time.

Four happy family days at Torcello

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Torcello on the Bay. The house is extremely well organised and suited our family, and our dog, very well. The view of the Bay is gorgeous at all times of the day and there are lots of lovely walks and local exploring to do. We plan to come back! The only down side really was the muddy access.

The house is even nicer than the photos and in a great location right on the bay. The house had all the details to make it a very comfortable stay.

I’ve returned many times to beautiful Torcello. The house is perfect for families and for a weekend with friends. A gorgeous location and always clean and sparkling. And dog friendly!

Relaxing in Hardy’s Bay

Beautiful home with incredible bay views with a moon rise that takes your breath away as it shimmers over the lwater whilst you eat dinner from inside or from the verandah. Plenty of walks and a village vibe.

Lucky are those who holiday at Torcello !

Great place for relaxing, very well renovated. Lovely timber flooring through out. Only 1 step to go in the back door, Secure fenced rear garden for the dogs. Well equipped kitchen, with lots of extra bits and pieces. Good bathrooms, great shower in Master Ensuite. Very comfortable beds, especially if you use linen from Divine Domestics. Practical laundry, clever design. A level walk to local eateries and bottle shop. Good off street parking. Struggled with, the lack of comfortable lounges, how to cool the main living area on hot days a/c struggled, the depth of the bath to use shower in the main bathroom, the height of some of the cupboards in the kitchen, couldn't safely reach items above the refrigerator, or on the second shelf of the china and glass wear cupboards. But most is forgotten when having a gin on the deck overlooking Hardys Bay.

Great Location!

We've stayed at Torcello before and loved it. We took new people here this time and all loved it. It's an old house but beautifully renovated. It's just a walk away from 3 good restaurants and a Club. It's so well appointed, with everything that you'll need. We loved our evenings sitting on the front patio with views of the Bay, the moon, the stars. Very comfortable.

Wonderful escape

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We enjoyed our previous stay in 2015 but the addition of ducted air conditioning makes this property perfect. Well laid out, fully equipped, this was a perfect location for a family of four and a faithful hound to have a relaxing holiday. We would recommend this property without reservation.
