Great 4th of July trip with friends!

We had an awesome stay here over the 4th of July. The condo was spacious and super close to the boardwalk and the beach, which made everything easy and fun. Perfect spot for a friends’ getaway! Highly recommend checking out Fat Pelicans for drinks—it was one of our favorite spots. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely come back.

Great stay!

Easy walk to boardwalk, restaurants and beach access is just around the corner. Unit was clean which is a must for me and was bigger than expected. Owners were very nice and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

AMAZING STAY!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at The Bleu Pearl! Easy instructions for checking in and out, and the team was accessible always! The unit itself was amazing, you will not find a better location in all of Carolina Beach! We were able to walk to the beach under 3 minutes and to the Boardwalk in under 5 minutes. There were other restaurants all within walking distance as well, so we never had to worry about parking! The unit was extremely clean and quiet, decor was very cute as well. I will definitely be booking again at The Bleu Pearl whenever I stay in Carolina Beach next!

We may have a new place!

We typically rent the house right around the corner which allows all the same conveniences but much more up to date. I believe we will be switching permanently as long as the availability is there to this location!

Great place to stay for family vacation

My family and my sister’s family got together for a beach getaway and stayed at this property. The entire stay was great. The property is right in the mix; it’s close to the beach, the Boardwalk, and local spots. I enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning, and the kids enjoyed the view out there while fighting afternoon naps. The bedrooms were perfect for us. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen and dining area met all of our needs. The property was clean, parking adequate, and communication from the property manager clear and easy. Would stay again. I hope we do!

Amazing experience

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everything was very clean and tidy. The location is amazing, walking distance from the boardwalk. Beach access was very close. The kids loved the fireworks on the beach Thursday night. We will definitely stay here again!

Love it here

House is bigger than I thought, super close to public access (that also has public bathrooms). Easy to find, convenient parking, large bedrooms, comfy furniture. 10/10 would stay again.

Carolina Beach house

Great location short walk to beach, bars, restaurants. Has everything you need, sleeps 8 , two full bathrooms, porch with partial ocean view, two parking spaces, large rooms, full kitchen outside shower head to was sand off. Overall recommend this place if you want to visit Carolina beach. Also great security

Check in process was easy and accurate! Detailed email with all the information you need! The place was clean!!!! A big must for me!!!! My first VRBO and so happy with cleanliness! Quick walk to beach. Balcony with views of ocean... and sounds of ocean. It had everything we needed... great stay. Would book here again!

Amazing Time At Carolina Beach

This may have been one of the best beach trips I’ve experienced in a long time. The location was super convenient for beach access. Tons of things to do in close proximity to the condo. The unit was super clean and very spacious for our needs. Nothing against the condo but more of a heads up… if you are planning to visit Wilmington for anything, allot your self an additional 20 minutes for travel beyond the recommended travel time. We will definitely be back again and hope we can book this unit again!

Hurricane Ian cut us short

Place was great but we only stayed 12 hours due to the hurricane and although the place weathered the storm well, we were anxious about the “what if’s “. And left early. Great communication with the owners.

Location location

Walk to everything. Very responsive to questions or concerns. Kitchen has plenty of what we needed to cook whatever we wanted. Only downside was it here is no pool and ocean was too rough to enjoy. Would definitely go there again.

Would be a Great Place With AC

If I had to simply rate the apartment, I would give it 5 stars. It was clean, a great location, & had everything we needed for our stay. That rating quickly dropped. We checked in at 4pm & the AC was not working. We reported it & it took 24 hours for the AC guy to get there. It was 88 degrees in the apartment, overnight. None of us got any sleep & we even tried sleeping on the balcony. The AC issue was fixed & working for almost a day but, temps got into the mid-90s & the AC could not keep up. It was blowing air, but the temp kept rising throughout the day. It got to around 86 in the apartment but did eventually cool down to the mid-70s after the sun went down. The person I was texting with offered their apologies but nothing more. While I understand this is out of their control, I also know that if I were the owner I would have tried to offer some fans or even a discount for the inconvenience.

Great stay in a perfect location!

Overall our stay was great! The location is ideal for anyone who is looking to do all that Carolina Beach has to offer! The beach is a block away, shops, boardwalk and restaurants all within walking distance. Our family loved listening to the ocean on the large deck and walking for hot donuts on the boardwalk multiple times. The property itself is extremely clean. The communication is excellent! The property does not have beach chairs or umbrellas so I do recommend bringing them or renting them at the end of the street. Do beware we did experience a few bugs but that’s what you get when you are that close to the beach. If you’re looking for a great property in a great location this is the one for you.

My friends and I rented the Bleu Pearl for a girls getaway at the beach and we were not disappointed! The whole process from securing the rental to checking out was seamless and the information provided before check-in regarding things to bring and places to go helped tremendously in planning the weekend. The rental is very well maintained and the location to the beach and boardwalk made it the perfect place to stay.

Great home with very clear check in instructions. Just steps from the beach, my wife and 3 children loved the beach access and easy to walk to restaurants. The host were very quick and professional to respond to any questions we had. We are planning our summer trip now!

Accommodations are exactly as listed and are clean, comfortable and not worn like some rental places. Location is perfect walking distance to beach, boardwalk, ice cream and some restaurants. iTrip was readily available for issues and worked to resolve them as efficiently as possible. The summer always brings AC problems and they advised us prior to arrival that they were aware and were working to resolve the issue. They also supplied several fans to help with the temperature in the interim.
