We had a wonderful stay at this Cocoa Beach condo! It was extremely comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. The condo was immaculately clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free. There were plenty of towels, washcloths, and all the necessities, which made it easy to settle in and feel right at home. It’s clear that care was taken to make guests feel comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in Cocoa Beach!

Property was very clean. It was spacious and nicely decorated. It was a huge plus having the beach items available for us to use. We had a great vacation and would rent this unit again.

Very clean and well-maintained property conveniently located near several good restaurants. Beach is just a short walk from rental and is a great place for watching launches from Kennedy Space Center. The rental unit included beach chairs and umbrella, making it very easy to travel light. Also included were essential supplies, which saved a shopping trip. This was a very high value rental for us.

I could write a book about how much my family and I loved Suzy’s condo. It was how welcoming the condo was, the other people in the building, and of course the beach. But then there was so much in the condo that made it feel homely. We want to come back every year and I hope we can. Oh, and communication with Suzy was perfect! So timely and helpful. Suzy told us about the breakfast place Simply delicious cafe & bakery and it was more than delicious. We also found a place called Just Peter’s. Go try it!

Absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay here! They think of everything, So we were able to travel way lighter than any trip we’ve traveled to before. There isn’t much people around when going to the pool and the beach. The location of the condo was a good view of both the pool area and toward beach as well. We would definitely book them again!

Great spot on Cocoa Beach, great host.

Just as advertised, fully stocked with dishes and beach towels and other handy beach items. Considerate host... just what my kids and we’re looking for. Would definitely stay again!

Susie’s place is amazing! We loved the location right across from the beach. It was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was super well stocked. We also appreciated all of the beach chairs and toys and boogie boards. We would definitely come back here again.
