Thank You for your review The unit is only for 2 people. The area is a neighborhood thats mixed with young and several elderly Canadian snowbirds that come for several months out of the year, I myself live in the same community and find the neighborhood to be safe and conveniently located to access all parts of the city being less than 2 miles from the beach. I can see your view being two teenagers that it looks different from the upscale neighborhood you reside in Welcome to Miami. As you noticed the neighborhood is changing with the construction on the same block as the vacation rental you were in a 40 million dollar condominium is being built. Gary & Farah, Check in is after 12:00pm the unit was available for your expected arrival of 4:00pm as you stated. You arrived at 10:00pm and I met you at the property. Your check in was 3/12/17 check out was 3/16/17 at 11:00am. Per your reservation with VRBO. You nor your boyfriend would leave the property until you forced me to put in writing that I would not withhold your deposit due to damage. And this was on 3/17/17 at 12:24am. Your check out was on 3/16/17 at 11:00am. Your deposit was kept due to your refusing to leave the property after check out. VRBO cleared me after you accused me of canceling your reservation without a refund. You had your credit card company do a complete charge back stating you never stayed at our property so you could receive a full refund of $701.20.Thank you for being honest in your review that you admit you stayed this should refute your chargeback where you stated you never stayed. Any investigation is welcomed and all documentation will be made available to substantiante my side. I would warn other properties of guest like your self who try to take advantage homeowners like myself. Since I have been in business your deposit has been the first that has been kept. I believe the truthful reviews will speak for me. Respectfully, David

Translated To English For the short stay of 4 nights during our Florida Road Trips, this small apartment was functional and enough. For this it was still the cheapest place to live in something expensive Miami area, we could find on the internet. I also think backpackers are in good hands here - preferably if you are traveling alone. There were two there, and it was very cozy due to the size of the room. The settlement on the HomeAway portal and home app was easy and the Contact the Owner worked just fine. Likewise, the pay was Impeccable on HomeAway. Now a few details to property: In the apartment itself doesn't lacks much, daily necessities such as Chinaware, cutlery, pans, dishes, towels, soap etc. are available, although everything is not the newest, it is generally clean. An Aldi is about 8 minutes away by car. Other shops are also in the near vicinity about 2 blocks. The location is away from the main road and therefore really quiet. Up on the train, the tears at night with a monkey pace and his booming fanfare full district from sleep. Sometimes honks also around 4am the school bus at the door. The garbage disposal car also makes itself noticeable in the early morning hours. The owner is really nice and helpful, a really likeable guy can say. For tips and questions he is always happy to help. Conclusion: Those who do not have high expectations, at night has a deep sleep and a convenient place to live in the Miami area studied, which is cared for properly. A car is optional anyway. So you can reach everything you need incl. The many attractions such as the Ocean Drive or downtown, depending on traffic, in a relatively short time." It was great having you both stay. I try to treat all my guest as if their family. I am glad you enjoyed you stay over before your cruise. So true if you have no car everything is in walking distance from the property or you can just hope on the bus which is one block and the beach is just 2 miles from the property.
