Lots of great - some very disappointing
The place is fantastic, but you need to know two shortcomings. 1. It has 3 bedrooms NOT 4. The fourth bedroom is a broom cupboard in a separate building with a bunk bed. 2. The neighbour to the south complained about us having too many cars and a caravan parked in the driveway and music that was playing at very low volumes on the verandah. The manager called us to "take the music inside" even though I stood under the speaker and asked her if she thought it was loud (which she agreed it wasn't). She said she would have to come and inspect if the neighbour complained again. The neighbour is clearly overly precious about their special pad in Eagle Bay and this will affect you if you intend to enjoy the place while they are down there at the same time.
The good news is that the place is great apart from that. Beautiful views of trees and ocean and a really comfortable and spacious home.
We would definitely go back again, but without so many people (i.e. 4th bedroom).
