Stayed for my 50th. Pool was amazing welcome wine and chocolates very gracious host. Loved everything about 516. Will book again for sure.

Resort Apartment for Resort Stay

This apartment was fantastic, everything at your fingertips and luxurious. The owner has thought of everything!! Only bad thing about our stay were the neighbours in 515 and 517. Playing loud music , and partying until 1:30am!!Noise cut off for us was 9pm,not that I wanted to party as we had to be up at 6:30am Fri and Saturday morning for my boys Touch Football. Had to get the Security Guard involved on Saturday Night as they were out of control!! Not the owners fault and I’d definitely stay here again.

Pest control and carpet cleaner needed!

Great accommodation for an extended family and the Pool is a great addition. We encountered on each day we stayed (4 nights) a cockroach infestation in the kitchen/lounge and a wasps nest on the balcony. The engagement of a pesty would soon sort this. Our 12mth old baby looked more like a chimney sweeper each and every time she crawled around on the apartment carpet (obviously not cleaned from the past dozen stays)Dirty towels and rubbish from past tenants was also discovered. The hotel restaurant is an absolute no go and words aren't enough to describe. The hotel pool is amazing and very family orientated in the morning. Once the sun starts to cool around 4pm it turns into a ghetto of hen/stag parties and tattooed drunks that seemed to turn the pool into 'The Hunger Games'. The location is fantastic if you just eat fast food but you do need to drive to get more options. Our overall experience was ok as we really enjoyed the pool but feel the accommodation could have been at least adequately cleaned prior to our arrival especially in light of the aggressive notes posted around the accommodation demanding it be left clean.

Excellence for money

We had awesome time. Left early due to issue at resort that didn't make us feel safe. The property is well positioned within the resort. Just one hiccup with our stay with the internet. Which was resolved rather promptly. Recommend review of ensuite as the door doesn't shut all the way which causes water to pool outside the shower. And refresh of paint. Believe there was change of ownership while our stay occured. So there are signs that need updating. Example. Re pool person attending. Otherwise we had awesome stay at property. We will stay again..

Great Place

I really enjoyed this stay and it was wonderful to be able to spend it with my girls. They really enjoyed the pool and resort as they love water and we had a great time. Thanks again and we would definately stay again.

Perfect family holiday

A very clean and well appointed home away from home for our 5 night stay. Plenty of room for our family of five in this three bedroom townhouse. The private heated backyard pool was a hit with the kids and adults, as was the enormous (500 meter) resort pool. A short 5 minute drive to Nelson Bay Marina and anything else you might want to visit in the area. We will be back!

Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and 8 month old. Unfortunately the property was very aged and unclean. There was biscuit papers behind the TV . Carpets had dust still in corners kitchen was un clean one of knobs on stove broken. Bbq had last tenants food still on it. Garbage door wouldn't always open from outside. We have stayed at oaks many times unfortunately this time the townhouse wasn't any better if I was to return i would stay through the hotel as room alot cleaner.

Awesome Place

Myself and my wife stayed a full week for our honeymoon and the place was nothing short of awesome. It had space, pool, all the kitchen gear you would need to fix an excellent meal for two or eight with all the luxuries to make our stay pleasant. The only issue we really had was the odd roach which was easy to get rid of. Beds maybe a bit firm for a few people but slept fine on them. Will definitely stay over again next year!

For the past 4 years I have been staying at the Pacific blue resort for an annual girls weekend away. Last year we were very disappointed with how the resort handled our booking and the untidy and dirty state of the room when we arrived. So we decided to find another way to stay there, and I'm very glad we did. The cleanliness of the apartment when we arrived was wonderful, the large array of kitchen appliances and utensils was great. Everything we needed was there, meaning we did not have to bring a thing (unlike previous years). Loved the heated pool and spa, especially on those chillier days. Location is great, within walking distance to a small beach and shopping centre. We did have a few cockroaches but so does every house, wasn't much of a problem for us. Would definitely re-book this accommodation for all coming years of our girls weekend away instead of through the resort. Is much better value for money, especially for a group of nurses who enjoy relaxation by the pool for a few days. Was a great weekend with FANTASTIC accommodation.

Just Perfect

What a perfect place to stay for our family ( 2 adults and 2 teenagers ). Well equipped kitchen. Roomy and comfortable. Very clean ( important! ). Remote controlled garage with access to inside. Everything worked - appliances/internet/cable channels. The plunge (spa) pool was the highlight. Nice and warm for the cooler days/nights. Quiet location. Rest of resort was great too ... the lagoon pool is great to have a swim around in. Used the tennis courts and gym ( a bit ). Recommend highly.

My partner and I recently stayed at townhouse 516 for our honeymoon and we had an amazing time. The resort was fantastic with the massive pool but the accommodation alone was beyond our expectations. The townhouse was beautifully decorated, fully setup with everything we could need and the private pool - WOW! We will definitely be staying here again and will be recommending this property to all of our friends!

Amazing getaway!

Recently stayed here with my partner for two nights and I can honestly say it was one of the nicest places we have stayed! The townhouse was immaculate and offered everything you could need! It means of kitchen appliances, this place had everything! My partner and I were especially happy when we found the Nescafé dolce coffee machine! The pool was lovely and being that it rained almost the whole time we were there having a heated pool meant we didn't get to miss out on going for a dip! It offered a very comfortable homely environment almost to the point you didn't want to leave! I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Perfect holiday destination with a Toddler!!

Great house within a beautiful complex- really had everything you could want for a summer holiday. The house was in very good condition- a few things here and there were broken or didn't work which was a shame, but nothing essential. Also strange that no bathroom downstairs (seemed locked). other than that- only positive feedback! Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

What a townhouse ,it had everything you would need, it was very spacious 3 bedrooms king size beds ,3 fuii bathrooms 1 with spa The kitchen was fully equipped We had our own pool / spa This was worth every cent Unfortunately it was raining the whole week but staying here made up for it also 100m to major shops
