Beautiful villa

We truly enjoyed our stay at Twin Villas Seaview in Kata. It was very clean and close to everything in the Kata beach area. The view is amazing and the neighborhood is peaceful. Panjai is a wonderful host and very helpful.

Amazing Villa just a short distance to the beach

This was a great stay for me and my friends while visiting Phuket! It’s a short ride to Kata beach where there is great swimming, food, shops and bars. The hosts are so nice and accommodating and helped out both with luggage and recommending tuk tuk and places to go! 5 stars from our group!

Reprieve from the business of the town which is just down the road. Loved the pool. The property has a good view from all levels. We were greeted well.

Out Stay at Twin Villa Kata

The was so helpful and accommodating. The owner son Bom was a gem, he helped for the duration of our stay. Whenever we needed support, he was there to help. Whether it was booking Tuktuk, taxi or tour, he was willing to help. The Villa was clean and well presented. We love it and would definitely recommend it, it just very short commute to Kata beach where y ok u can get everything.

Beautiful Villa

We stayed for two weeks at Twin Villas. We loved the unit and pool. The pool was lovely because we could cool off any time we wanted. The owner and her family were very helpful. They provided some snacks, water, coffee, etc to get us started with our stay. They also were very accommodating to our needs. The villa is very modern and clean. It had all the amenities needed for our stay. The area around the villa was very quiet and made for an enjoyable stay. We were very close to four beautiful beaches, stores, groceries, and restaurants but a car/scooter is a must to get around. A parking spot is provided. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Enjoyed our stay!

The property is extremely clean, modern and comfortable plus the hosts are great. The host provided waters, snacks and other amenities that were really appreciated. A few things to note: As the name of the property Twin Villa says, there are two villas connected to each other that share the pool and rooftop terrace, which were beautiful. There are a lot stairs to get to the property from the street so that might need to be taken into consideration. The AC units work but could be a bit tricky to operate with the remote controls. Although we didn’t mind the location because the view is great and it was quiet, a car or motorbike is recommended to get to the beach and areas with restaurants and shops. Luckily, just below the property is a wonderful massage parlor that also rents motorbikes for a very reasonable price.

Fabulous villa

This is a beautiful villa and pool and fabulous views Very clean and linens provided are luxury it’s 5 star only down side is to far out , we did walk into kata but the road is very busy , so just get a taxi we had grab app on our phones so easy to get a taxi and tuk tuk back little shop 2 minutes walk and little restaurant 2 minutes which did amazing pizza when your chilling . All in all AMAZING and would definitely stay again visiting Thiland panjai is a lovely lady and very helpful THANK YOU FOR A VERY GREAT STAY 😄😄
