Highset Queenslanderは、���������晴らしい水の景色を望む木々や庭園に囲まれていました。

このホテルは、信じられないほどウォーターフロントに近い静かな通りに位置していますが、ウォーターフロントの価格はありません。

3つのベッドルーム、8つのベッド（2D、2×2 S二段ベッド）、改装されたバスルームとトイレ。

ビーチでの大きな一日の後に家の下の車の宿泊施設、2階のバスルームの階下にある砂を洗い流す。

電気バーベキュープレート、スクリーン、ファン、DVDプレーヤー、電子レンジ、食器洗い機、設備の整ったキッチン、素晴らしい水の景色を望む家の周りのベランダ、子供に最適。

Sandy Beachへは歩いてすぐ、ShopsとBoat Rampへは歩いてすぐ。

屋根付きベランダで座ってリラックスしたり、地元の野生動物、子供が遊べるサイズの裏庭を見たり楽しんだりし��く��さ��。 ���秀な家族の休日の家。

Loved the position, just smelt musty due to old furniture and bedroom doors dont stay shut so no privacy. Otherwise the kids loved the verandah and views so close to the beach/shops/walkways.

Yearenda stay

Kitchen had every convenience, the pantry was a bit rickety and needs to be attached to wall , lovely breeze on veranda but a shame the bedrooms were a bit hot as no fans. Overall a nice stay in a good sized house.

Great place!!

We enjoyed holiday with this cozy holiday house. Inside the house tidy and clean.Amazing sunrise from balcony, Kangaroos visiting us every night. We definitely will come again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 2 nights at "Yearenda" found the house to be in a magical location. It is a querky old house which adds to its charm. Unfortunately little things like bedding is a downfall with our children taking the mattress to sleep on the floor as the beds where too uncomfortable. House was not cleaned to an acceptable standard and my wife swept the floors before we unpacked(covered in sand). Lounge chairs could do with an update but you won't fall asleep in front of the Telly. Overall a very pleasant stay in a great location and we had a boat that storing under the house was great. We will be back as value for money I think was fantastic. Just a little disappointing that a few bucks updating furniture and cleanliness has given the house a negative.Although there was a note on the paperwork to turn on the hotwater system a heads up at the time of checkin may have avoided our first shower being cold. A proper BBQ is a must for this place.

WOULKD RECOMMEND THIS FOR A BIG FAMILY, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

The house was in a great position. Conditions inside the house were disappointing. The house is far too cluttered. There is old furniture which may worth money but unsuitable for a rental property and too much of it. Old fashioned furniture gathers dust. Cupboards are full of old "stuff" including old & broken implements, cords. There is enough crockery, cutlery in various cupboards to feed a battalion. I could not find an empty cupboard to put my groceries in. It gives the house a "grubby" feel. New bathroom, fridge and dishwasher -great.
