Wonderful Stay

Beautiful property both inside and outside. Loved being close to the beach but also having pool access. Lots of restaurants and other things to do nearby as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Fun At The Beach

We have stayed here in the past couple of years for Spring Break, so we looked for a place here again for this Spring Break. Our room is always very clean and nicely decorated and we love that it’s right on the beach. We like that the parking is on your floor so you don’t have to carry luggage up and down In the elevator. We definitely will stay here again and again!!!

Beautiful Shores of Panama

The staff at the property were ALWAYS smiling and ALWAYS working. Teams were out picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, parking garage floors and bays, trimming and caring for grounds. You can tell it's an older facility BUT well maintained! EXCELLENT JOB! AND right

Great getaway!

This place was super great! Very clean and very nice for a week at the beach. The pool was big and not very crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Get Away

The unit we stayed in was amazing; had everything we could need, it was clean, and well appointed. The beach was beautiful and so was the pool area. The only downside was the pool is not heated, and the water is extremely cold. We would definitely return, despite the water being so cold because the ocean was a lot warmer.

We Were Right at Home!

Beautiful, clean, just as described

Beauty & the Beach

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The communication with the property management group was excellent. Instructions were clear & the check in/out process were both quick and easy. Amenities were great and met the needs of our family. The pool on the property is wonderful with plenty of food & drink options that are delicious. (Pineapple Willy's is right next door too). Beach/ocean access is right out front. Wear your wristbands for access in and out. We can't wait to book again.

Fantastic getaway

Excellent vacation home right on the beach! Exactly as pictured, we enjoyed everything about our stay! Beautifully updated space with new everything! Views of the coast were amazing and the same floor parking was a huge perk! Highly recommend!

Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24 - 3/26/26. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Please note:
We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,
please submit an inquiry.

We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.

Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.
The resort fees are as follows:
Studio - $65.00 plus tax $70.20
1BDRM + - $75.00 plus tax $81.00
2 BDRM + - $90.00 plus tax $97.20
3BDRM + - $105.00 plus tax $113.40
