Beautiful unit, location and resort!

This unit is perfectly located on the second floor. Having a reserved parking spot and not having to use the elevator makes the stay so convenient and easy! The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The resort is beautiful and it is so easy to get to the pool and the beach! The owners of this unit were easy to get ahold of when we had a few questions. We highly recommend this unit! We had the best vacation! Also, we had not been back to Panama City in 13 years. Wow, they have really cleaned the area up. Beach, restaurants and everything is so nice! One last thing, everyone at the resort was very kind & helpful! There is a small restaurant in the middle of the pool area. Food is amazing! You won’t be disappointed if you vacation here!

Winter getaway

Condo was exactly as pictured on VRBO. View from 2nd story was great and location was very convenient to everything. Owner was exceptional on responding to a few minor issues that arose and also offered many helpful suggestions on places to eat and things to do in the area. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again,

PCB never disappoints!

Nice unit. Only complaint was that the floors were very dirty. Management sent the cleaners back over to clean the floors. You couldn’t walk across the floor without your feet being black on the bottom. Everything else was as stated in the description.

Beautiful Unit, Stressful parking garage & elevators

The unit was beautiful - nicely decorated & very clean. The walls are well insulated as we had very little issue with loud noises outside our unit, even with being on the 2nd floor close to the pool. We were never able to get the TVs in the bedrooms to function & didn't have time to call technical support so we just did without. The beds & pillows were quite comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with needed items. The parking garage situation is terrible. We booked this room due to its lower level advantage & reserved parking on the same floor. We read reviews about the elevator situation being atrocious and were prepared to avoid elevators altogether, UNTIL we made it to the parking garage. It's almost impossible to park anything larger than a sedan in this reserved parking spot. We drove a F150 (not oversized) for our vacation and were unable to park in our space due to the tightness of the space (there is a row of parallel parking behind the space) and a SUV being parked right beside our space with a concrete pillar on the other side. That was a hugely frustrating disappointment and ruined our first day. We ended up parking on the 11th floor, forcing us to use the elevators. The wait for the elevator at “busy times” (9AM-7PM) is ridiculous. Although, the elevators move pretty quickly at midnight (when we loaded our truck to leave the night before departure in order to avoid the terrible elevator situation.) We ended up parking on the 10th or 11th floors the remainder of the week, noticed someone else parked in our “reserved” spot the remainder of the week although we didn't complain because we couldn't use it anyway. Making your way down (responsibly) from the 11th floor adds about another 15 minutes to your trip, so be prepared. Although the unit is nice, we will never stay here again due to the extreme stress with the parking garage & elevator situation. It truly put a damper on the vacation we have looked so forward to. Honestly, we could not recommend anyone else stay here either. I would recommend you be more honest in admitting many vehicles will not be able to use your “reserved” parking space or perhaps choose a different space to reserve.

Condo was decent. The shores is not

This was a complete bust of a trip. Also this is not “beach front”. No communication at all was had with the management group, also. Tried to get in touch Sunday, Monday, and later on in the week. Absolutely no follow up from “vacation life properties” besides a text message saying a refund would not be possible if that’s that we were looking for. “The Shores” was overcrowded. People swimming in the pool either completely clothed or hardly clothed at all. There was standing water outside of our room and the staff was impossible to understand. The experience Was so and we backed our stuff and left.

Shores of Panama Unit 213 - Awesome Vacation Spot

Fantastic accommodations and wonderful place to stay to enjoy the beauty of Panama City Beach. Literally steps from the luxurious pool and white sands beach. This is definitely on our list of best places to stay. The community and staff were helpful and friendly as well. Great restaurants nearby too.

Great location

This unit was located on the 2nd floor so no problems with parking or elevator . It was very clean and had a great view of pool and beach. Beautiful property! The only negative was having to wear the wrist band the whole time in property I have a terrible tan line!

Great condo but building left a lot to be desired

The condo was great! However the building left a lot to be desired. We found out the indoor pool was closed. We had booked this condo specifically for the indoor pool knowing the outdoor pool and ocean would be too cold to swim in. Figured they would’ve refunded some of my money due to this major amenity being under construction. I also feel they could’ve notified me that the pool was shut down beforehand and given me an option to cancel and rebook a different location. Building was under construction and even had the water shut down!

Great communication, loved the complex , loved the condo. Perfect location, walk to anything you might need. Also had your own parking space. That was huge. Had a small AC problem and it was taken care of same day. Couldn’t be happier with are stay , will definitely be back. Thx

Beautiful Location!

Great condo on a beautiful beach. Location of condo was perfect - on the 2nd floor of resort - same floor as parking garage. Made it easy to get to vehicle each day, as well as getting to pool and beach without having to wait for an elevator! Property was clean and comfortable - like a home away from home. Our family especially loved the PacMan arcade game - lots of family competitions took place! I also loved the balcony with chairs and table - enjoyed my coffee and book out there each morning!

Great location/view

The place was perfect, loved having parking on the same floor as condo. It wasn't too crowded but did have problems with the pool staying open. Luckily I don't go for the pool, beach is just steps away. Enjoyed ourselves!

Perfect Family Vacation

Everything about our stay was great! The room is just as it shows in the pictures and very clean. The resort was perfect for everyone in our family and close to the beach. We were able to walk to restaurants and activities for the kids. The resort needed to replace piping and had to turn off the water for a few hours during our stay, but we barely noticed. The communication on this was great, and allowed us plenty of time to prepare. We would love to stay again!

Property owner needs to respect renters privacy.

Resort is always nice. Room was nice. Wasn’t crazy about the ring doorbell but it was advertised on the front end. It is definitely getting used by who knows. Also wasn’t crazy about getting a phone call from the property owner the first day, advertising himself as a manager at Shores and reaching out about an issue the cleaning crew had reported to be fixed when the actual resort had no record of any maintenance request. Then a text the second day telling me they were coming in to get something that had been left whether I was there or not (it wasn’t a maintenance issue and probably the reason for the phony maintenance call). No, there was never a question as to if it was ok or when I would be available for them to come in with me there even though I asked for such. They came in anyways, but I contacted the property management group and hopefully they talked to him. Would’ve been a lot easier and a lot less sketchy had he just been honest. After that, the stay was nice. However, it’s hard to relax when you know people are watching you go in and out and willing to come in whether you want them to or not. Definitely won’t be staying there again.

Great stay!

The condo was just as advertised and pictures were accurate. Very clean and great view!! My wife and 5 year old have been coming to the Shores of Panama for 4 years and this was our first time staying in this unit. It was definitely a plus being on the 2nd floor and avoiding the wait times for the elevators. Will book this unit each year going forward!!

Great location

We love staying at The Shores if Panama and always try and get either a ground or second floor room for convenience. We loved having reserved parking on the second floor which made it a breeze. Condo was beautiful with a great view. Our three and a half year old loved having the PAC MAN game in the room!

We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,
please submit an inquiry.

We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.

Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.
