We have been to Shores of Panama before. 1st time at this condo. Was very comfortable and stocked well. Our host was terrific! Easy access to beach and pool from this second floor condo. Beautiful place! I would recommend this VRBO!

We just got home from renting this unit for a week. It could not have been more perfect! The location of the room was wonderful. We appreciated never having to use the elevators once. This room was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We brought folding camping chairs and they were perfect for the beach. My team’s daughter was able to walk around outside the property and run to Walmart and other stores.If you are thinking about renting this property, you should just do it.

We would recommend this property. It was very convenient to park on the same level as our unit, and only being one level up from the pool and beach was great. The unit is on the inside of the pool courtyard with views of the pool, sky and beach. It's opposite the hot-tub area, which was nicer for quiet evenings. We never used the elevator. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and small appliances. Everything was spotless. The bed and other furniture are comfortable. The TV's, wifi and everything worked seamlessly. Reached out to the host with a question and got a quick reply. Overall 10/10!

Condo was exactly as pictured on VRBO. View from 2nd story was great and location was very convenient to everything. Owner was exceptional on responding to a few minor issues that arose and also offered many helpful suggestions on places to eat and things to do in the area. Shores of Panama Unit 213 - Awesome Vacation Spot

Fantastic accommodations and wonderful place to stay to enjoy the beauty of Panama City Beach. Literally steps from the luxurious pool and white sands beach. This is definitely on our list of best places to stay. The community and staff were helpful and friendly as well. Great restaurants nearby too.

Great condo!

The condo and location were great! Staying on the 2nd floor was perfect as we didn’t have to use the elevators all week. Beautiful view!

Unbelievable

Second time we have been here. Two out of three sisters, one mamaw, boyfriend, and 3 year old. Three year old did not won't to leave. Fantastic condo. Last time the two sisters and their sister sung karaoke. They were 3,4,and nine.

Perfect stay especially with the rainy cold weather

This ended up being a very cold and wet week. We were so thankful for the indoor pool and hot tub plus the arcade game for our family to enjoy. The condo was well set up for our family. Great stay overall!

Perfect condo

The condo was very nice. Being on the second floor was perfect as we had a great view of the pool and beach as well as avoided the busy elevators! Definitely recommend this condo!

The Condo ( 213 ) was perfect for our stay...the right size clean and a great location

213 is a great Condo...private parking space was a VERY short walk from the front door and being on the second floor there was no need to wait for crowded and slow elevators...also had a fantastic view of the gulf and resort pool

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on September 2024 - September 2026. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Please note:
We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,
please submit an inquiry.

We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.

Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.

Garage Clearance: 6'10"

We have FREE Secured WiFi in our condo.
We have Private reserved parking.
