Outstanding Stay

Outstanding stay and so convenient. The separate spaces this unit provides was outstanding for my family of five and so much better than our previous stays at other small, cramped hotel rooms.

Great 7 day stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home, perfect for our family. Home had plenty of amenities. The floors were very dirty upon arrival to the point our feet and socks turned black. We have stayed in a few homes in Margaritaville now and none of them have umbrellas out back. It would be helpful to have one for shade or the option displayed to get one from the office if needed because during the day the patio furniture is unusable due to the sun and heat.

Well Worth It

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was clean and comfortable and had enough toweled, dish detergent and dish washer pods to last the stay. I really appreciated that. It had all the basic cooking necessities and enough plates, cups and silverware to feed us all. We had our cousins over (they live close by) and they were able to have dinner with us no problem. It was overall an enjoyable stay. The hot tub isn’t closed in, the area it’s in is without any privacy at all.

Holidays in Margaritaville

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was easy. We chose the cottage online and we’re able to book it. The front desk help and customer service were helpful with any questions. Our only concern was lack of bath towels and bed linens. It was cold and there were no blankets. The sheets in one room didn’t fit the bed.

Walt Disney Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: - The property was wonderful.- Shuttle service was average and often late, therefore, we decided to arrange our own transportation to/from Disney.- VStays reps were not helpful in addressing our asks for basic room essentials (e.g., toilet paper) and checking out at 11 vs. 10am. I would not use them again.

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in 8036 for 13 days. We love the cottage and location. Very clean. Just have a few suggestions- more bath towels ( one per person is too few), hooks in bathrooms to hang up towels or clothes, more hangers in closets, a pizza cutter. We also had a hot tub ( loved it). They came to "clean"it one day and emptied it. They didn't clean it because there was sand and shells from prior renter that wasnt cleaned out. They only emptied and refilled. No hose outside to refill low hot tub. I had also phoned regarding small bugs in main floor bedroom which were all over dresser and nightstand. They never came. Also dryer did not dry clothes. I cleaned it out but didn't help. Only could run about 10 small items in dryer at a time. We had to air dry thick item or towels. It felt inefficient to run dryer constantly. Otherwise loved place and location. One frustrating part is because we were near pool, the parking spots in frony of unit were always full. We assumed workers because they were gone after work hours-plus not many renters were near us.

Nice and close to everything

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was comfortable, and the location was great. We had a little trouble with a couple of the TVs. We couldn't get them to show the cable shows. Two worked find and two didn't.The kitchen faucet was loose. The hottub was low on water and had a lot of sand in it, but once we notified management it was taken care of immediately.

Excellent Space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was great. Unbeknown to us, the location was VERY close to the resort itself. That was an added bonus. The cottage was well kept and clean and had all of necessities. Only negative was the master bedroom did not have a closet to hang clothes. Other than, it was perfect.

returning customer

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location ! Family friendly. This condo in general was in very good condition. I gave it 3/5 star because the floors needed a good deep clean. To the eye they appeared clean, but the bottom of your foot told a very different story. The dryer was not working properly. Even after we emailed and the property manager responded promptly with a maintenance man at our door for a service call...(cleaned the vent and checked the temp) it still took 3 cycles to dry.

AMAZING stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first girls weekend since the pandemic and was well worth the wait! Working in the industry you tend to me more critical when staying places. This by far was one of the best stays. Service was amazing and fast, the entire place felt like I was the first guest to ever stay in it. It was so clean and smelled fresh. Usually I don’t use the the hot tub when I stay places, however, I was comfortable to use this one with how clean it was, and it was heated upon arrival. On our last day, we were already picking dates to stay again. I highly recommend using vstays. The team is top notch and the cleanliness is amazing. Can’t wait to stay again!

Almost paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was beautiful and has a perfect layout. The lack of basic kitchen essentials ( salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc.) is a total deal breaker. The sand and sea shells outside is a nightmare with trying to keep the home clean. I feel emptying the hot tub every day is a little much. They have play equipment all around which is great for the kids. The shuttle was another great touch. The find up club was great.

Hi Melanie Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. We're so happy to hear that you found the home to be beautiful and perfect for your needs. With regards to the kitchen essentials, we stock a limited supply of paper items, cleaning items and personal care items. We understand that the sand and shells make it difficult to keep things clean, but it's a small trade-off for the beautiful beaches nearby. Thank you again for your feedback. You were wonderful guests and we hope that you'll come see us again soon. -The ACE Hospitality Team

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was overall quite nice. I liked the location, quality of furniture, etc. The biggest issue was that the dryer did not work and this impacted our stay quite a bit as I had to go to a laundry facility that wasn’t even on the resort to dry our clothes. It was inconvenient and took several hours away from our vacation. We did notify management and there was no offer to even look at it. The hot tub took a while to warm up but was quite nice once it was started. I loved the location of this property as it was close to the pool without really hearing the noise.
