The house was beautiful. My family and I stayed for a week a total of 5. House was clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. We walked to the pool that provides towels which was nice. We went to Universal and Disney both were a short drive. The kitchen had everything we needed. It really made the stay feel like home.

Kind of Frustrating at Check in

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So I get it. It says this property isn't a hotel. But I checked in at abut 10pm after an international flight and had to go buy soap and try to find a pillow for my 9 year old. Despite the listing saying sleeps 8 and that "Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and furnishings unless otherwise specified." - it doesn't include pillows for the sleeper sofa. While they did provide linens during the time I went to go buy soap, they didn't provide pillows. I went to the front desk to ask and they said I could remove pillows from the bedrooms to get enough for the downstairs occupant. I asked, so what about the people that are sleeping in those bedrooms, they said there are enough pillows for 1 person per booking and they are in the upstairs bedrooms. Dude. I get it, you are making money, but wow. How cheap can you be. Put something other than a quarter size bar of soap in the bathroom and give me a few extra pillows so that when you use the sofa bed (which is INCLUDED IN THE 8 OCCUPANTS) you have pillows that you don't have to take from upstairs. The gate guards are hilarious, 2 of the 3 entrance exits have gates, the third doesn't - so it is all just for show, nothing is actually gated given you can enter from the third entrance with absolutely no security. Otherwise it was good, pool at the resort is nice, hot tub was kind of dirty (could use a good vacuum), and the unit was clean enough with decent furniture. It was conveniently located near the Disney parks with easy access. Would I book it again, probably - just for location. But check-in and initial setup was pretty frustrating. For the sake of 25$ in extras you could make it SO much easier to use. We had plenty of dish soap, but no kidding if I book 7 days - give me 7 dishwasher pellets, some hand soap and a few pillows. Instead of making me drive to Walmart @ 2230 after a 12 hour

Reviewer Comments: At first I was a little discouraged because the front desk lady was confused and sent me over to Hotel room desk and I waited in that line to be told I was supposed to be over at the Cottages Rental line, but on my itinerary it stated V-Stays and that is line I was originally to only be told again that I was in the wrong line, but the woman from the Cottages Rental walked me over to the confused lady and explained that I am in fact booked under V-Stays cottages. Another young lady had to come up to the desk to take over my reservation process because the other lady was so confused. Me and my family & friends Loved our cottage and really enjoyed our stay, the cottage was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the house was so clean and smelled so fresh. We loved the private hot tub, all the amenities and accommodations that the resort offered were outstanding from the valet holding our luggage until we were able to check-in early and allowing us to store our luggage with them and use the lockers for our personal items while we had an amenity key to still enjoy the resort while we waited to until it was time for our late flight back to Texas. We had a ball, I am so glad I chose to celebrate my 40th Birthday at your resort, we will be back and we are excited to visit more Margaritavilles across the globe!

The property was amazing!! The location was perfect; park for kids next to house, pool a quick walk across the street, hot tub perfect after long day at Disney. Location close to stores, restaurants, highway. Just a short drive to parks.

The space was clean and large enough to give everyone privacy. We were steps from the main pool and enjoyed going there on the sunny days. We walked through sunset walk and other areas of residential homes, admiring the different colors and sizes .We enjoyed listening to the music after dinner in the main bar area. Lunch and beverages at the pool were enjoyed. We will definitely return.

Fantastic Thanksgiving Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the cottage with our family of 5, all 3 kids had their own bed which was the absolute best feature. Extended family was able to visit on Thanksgiving all 7 enjoyed the fully catered dinner, which couldn't have been done better. Nothing better than relaxing by the pool, drinking a margarita awhile someone else is cooking the turkey & stuffing!Everything was perfect, renting this cottage is on our list sometime in the future.
