It was great - except for the strong smell of Indian food in the apartment. We asked for someone to come and clean - they said that someone would come at 9 am the next day. However, they didn't. I had too call again and they apologized for the mixup and sent someone at 5 pm. Still not much success removing the smell

Amazing apartment. Clean, spacious, modern and well equipped in a great location. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend and hope to return for a future stay.

Beautiful unit at the Aspens. Amenities were great. Would be helpful if the second bedroom had an AC unit instead of a fan, and if checkout was 11 instead of 10, otherwise all was great!

This condo was as described in the listing, with great ski-in / ski-out access to the Blackcomb gondola. The heated parking garage was convenient -- we were able to park almost directly under the condo, which made loading / unloading easy. Outpost was helpful and responsive to questions that we had before and during the trip. Recommend!

Aspens Lodge

Our room at the Aspens was as good as any hotel stay. Clean. Good beds. Clean sheets. Lots of towels and bath and shower amenities. There was a basket of snacks and coffee in the room. TV worked well and provided many channels to watch movies, shows, etc. we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely return. Our friends also stayed at the Aspens but stayed at another unit managed by another company. They were not pleased with the quality of their room. Outpost did a great job for our room.

Aspens is a such a great choice for families. Unit was clean and comfortable and was pretty typical with other units we have stayed at in the building.

Very nice suite!

This suite was very nice - it was very clean and not at all run-down. The pool and hot tubs were great and very well maintained, with plenty of chairs and loungers available. The building is a short walk from the upper village with plenty to do around it. Lost Lake is a manageable walk. Communications were clear and the checkout expectations weren't demanding. The only major issue isn't the fault of the owners, but the only elevator serving the building was out of service for the second half of our stay. It did make carrying everything down to the parkade a bit rough, though the owners of the suite aren't responsible for the building's elevator!

For MTB in July, hot and secluded with no view

The unit itself is excellent: Great Appliances, nice beds. The view: nonexistent. It's basically at ground level, so your view is a small lawn and some pine trees. Not terrible, but we couldn't leave the slider open during the day, which made it even hotter. My main issue was the temperature: it’s just surprisingly hot in there, even when it’s only 65° outside. You would think it is in the shade all day based on the listing, but in July it got sun all day, especially in the morning, so it was hot early then all day. There's one of those hotel A/C units in the master bedroom. Our first few days it was in the 80's outside so we had to leave the AC cranked all day and all night with fans blowing the cool air out of our room into the main room, so we were freezing to make the rest of the unit livable. Once the weather cooled off to highs in the 60's, it was good for temperature, though we still had to open the sliding door to cool the main room. Due to it being ground level, we didn't feel comfortable leaving the sliding patio door open all day. LOCATION: The Aspens are about a five minute uphill ride from the village. It was really quiet, with an uphill bike ride home each evening. The bike storage rooms in the garage were great, but they're at the most distant end of the building from this unit, so it's a long walk back. Overall, great trip and great biking and we survived the heat because the the weather cooled off. Next time I really want a view and central AC.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The gas fireplace was so cozy, the hot tub was relaxing, and we were so close to the gondola and a short walk to restaurants!

This condo was very comfortable for our family of four. The on site ski valet was incredibly convenient. The elevator has issues, so we ended up using the stairs most of the time. The only thing that would have made this place better was a little gate on the balcony to allow us direct access to the ski run and gondola just outside the unit, but still a really good location.

My daughter, her husband, 14 and 12 year old stayed at t his unit and had a good time. Unfortunately, it's an el nino year and there wasn't much snow.

Excellent location next to the ski lifts. The place had everything we needed, though I'd recommend the addition of some dish towels and locks for the bathroom doors. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but manageable for a weekend.
