This house is the most welcoming place we have ever rented through VRBO. If you want a special happy place away from the ‘daily grind of life’ , do not hesitate to book it. If you're looking for some serious R & R in a beautiful setting in a very well-equipped home, you've found it. Relaxing on the over-sized swings overlooking the infinity pool is magic whether it's with your morning coffee or your sunset gin and tonic. Eric, the host, has curated an experience of deep relaxation with a smile, like the stone buddha that greets you when you arrive.

Wonderful home for our family holiday on the Outer Cape. Everything we could possibly need, and the heated pool was amazing! We hope to make it an annual visit!

We really enjoyed our time here. The interior of the house is fantastic; very clean , beautifully decorated and well equipped. The property fell short a little outside due to the pollen this time of year. Pool area could have been a bit tidier and getting to the beach was a little more difficult then we imagined, especially with young children. Overall we would absolutely stay again !! It was lovely and made us all feel like a home away from home :)

Thanks for choosing us Elise! Sorry the pollen was at its peak intensity. We are almost ready to have weather patterns and seasons altered for our guests desires, yet Spring pollen in New England has been a hard one to manipulate. Perhaps a dome over the house and pool for the pollen season next year. Also please let us know what would have helped more in describing the private beach access. If we can add more than the several Birds Eye live time photos showing the 5-7 minute walk down the street, or the actual distance of .03 miles called out let us know. We love to include as much information as we can on the Rental sites as well as the digital home guide we sent you ahead of time with a section on the private beach access. Have a great summer ahead and hope the weather stays as perfect as it was for your stay. Thanks again Eric

I stayed at a several dozen house shares in the past and Eric’s place is an experience I never had before. His house and hospitality is a page out of heaven. As soon as I pulled into the drive way and entered the front door, I felt like I was in a house from a fairytale. You can feel the love and work that Eric put into the house from every little detail making for the ultimate house share experience. I highly recommend this place and will return again :)
