この広々とした1310平方フィート、2ベッドルーム、2バスルームのコンドミニアムには、まったく新しい家具が備わっています。 コンドミニアムには17フィートの大きなバルコニーがあり、湾岸の壮大な景色やプライベートの釣り桟橋はもちろんのこと、イルカの朝の訪問を楽しむことができます。
ブティックスタイルの3階建てのコンドミニアムの建物は、ピア60、トロリー、クリアウォーターマリーナ、すべての地元のクリアウォーターレストランやパブなど、クリアウォーターの主要な観光スポットの近くにあります。

リビング＆ダイニングルーム

リビングエリアには、真新しい50インチフラットスクリーンテレビと6人掛けの快適な座席があり、2つのセクションには引き出したときに必要に応じてクイーンサイズのベッドが2つあります。 明るい灰色のビニールの木板を使用したシンプルでシンプルな装飾が、このリビングスペースの落ち着いた居心地の良い雰囲気を作り出しています。

Our second time staying at property (family of four plus 2) this time was even better, One being we knew the layout of the surroundings which fit our needs close to nightlife but not too close and proximity of the beach.Second was Suzanne is an absolute gem to work with.Extremely accommodating and responds immediately to any questions/concern I had.I highly recommend this rental for the above mentioned also house is clean, updated and well stocked with kitchen, bath and beach necessities.Hope to return for round three.

Best vacation stay

Suzanne was an incredible host and she was excellent and efficient at communicating with us and helping us with anything that we needed. The condo was very spacious and comfy for the perfect summer stay , as well as occupied with any extra necessities for the beach and toiletries as well. Would definitely come back for a future stay!!

Amazing vacation

Suzanne was great with communication. She always responded promptly whether I was asking questions about the unit or rental process before renting or asking questions about the unit or area while we were there. We ran into one minor issue while in the unit and she went above and beyond to resolve it. The location is great and the unit was very clean. We traveled with 2 adults and 3 teens. Everyone said it was perfect. There was enough to do that the kids could go out and entertain themselves, we could walk to the beach, and we could do plenty of things as a family without a lot of effort. We have only been home for a day and my kids are already asking when we can go back to the same rental. I have used VRBO and other sites to rent many places over the years and can honestly say that my kids never want to go back to the same place twice, so this says a lot.

Wonderful Location with water view

Our family had such a wonderful stay at Suzanne’s beautiful condo. Condo was spacious, very clean, stocked well and the beds were comfy. I contacted Suzanne when I could find a corkscrew and she had one delivered the next day…she was so sweet and accommodating throughout our stay. Location was perfect to walk to Clearwater Beach and tons of shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here when I return to Clearwater.

Exceptional residence and host

The Condo was fabulous from the location, cleanliness, stocked. By far one of the best Vrbos I've rented. Location is on a quite side of town within walking distance to many restaurants., clubs and beach. Very spacious for my family of six. Bath towels, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, small cooler and my personal favorite a wagon to pull it all! Communication with Suzanne was simple and helpful. Hands down a 10 all around. Will defiantly go back when revisiting Beautiful Clearwater.

Great Clearwater Experience

Property is in a quiet area about 15 minute walk to the heart of clearwater beach restaurants and the same to the beach. Pool was a little small and hot tub did not work but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect family vacation!

We had a great time in Clearwater! Since we booked the property up to our check-out, Suzanne was very responsive and had everything ready for our check-in. The unit is much better than in her description! Lots of space, comfortable beds and sofas, and a spectacular view from the sunrise to the sunset. Well-equipped kitchen and laundry in the unit. It's within walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shops! We are already planning our next trip!

Very friendly and quiet

Clearwater is extremely busy town. This location is off the main road so it's not so busy but it's still within walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Suzanne is extremely friendly and any questions I asked got asked in a timely manner. Our house for the week was very clean and well maintained! We brought laundry soap, trash bags, and dish soap as most places don't provide that but it was there for our use if we needed it! Our only complaint would be the trash can in the kitchen was of smaller size. We had 8 people in our group and I felt we constantly took trash down to the chute provided. Thank you for an overall amazing experience in clearwater! We travel to a new place every year for our children to explore new things but if we come back to clearwater we will be staying here!

Great family vacation

We had a few at vacation in Clearwater. The condo was clean and very well kept. The location was within walking distance to many attractions and was very family friendly. The view overlooking the bay was awesome. Great communication with Suzanne and she was very accommodating. Perfect vacation spot!!

Wonderful in every way

This place was better than advertised. The view is amazing with dolphin swimming by daily and the apartment overall is spacious and clean. The host Suzanne, was quickly helpful when needed and very nice too. I’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience!

From the booking process to checking out, Suzanne has been wonderful. Extremely responsive, kind and great to work with. The condo was better than expected. Clean, comfortable beds, smart TV, dishes available for use, dishwasher, dryer and washer and breath taking balcony view. The location was convenient and a short distance from the beach and restaurants. We loved eating King’s pizza and wings by the private condo pool and sitting on our balcony in the morning seeing the dolphins swim by and taking in the breath taking views. Our condo experience was spectacular and I would recommend Suzanne and this condo to everyone. We can’t wait to come back! Best, Minela

Exceeded our expectations

Place was spacious clean and quiet. Bed and furnishings were very comfortable.Loved view from our balcony where we could sit and watch dolphins We loved that walk to Clearwater beach was 8-10 minutes and with many restaurants and shops The sand and water were spectacular and we rented bikes by the hour which was fun Also loved the Pan Filios bar across the street had great pizza Also close by was a great Italian restaurant The Gondalier Steps away from local market and liquor store with Publix less then 10 minutes by car Suzanne emailed us to make sure we got there okay and if we needed anything. Any questions that came up she immediately responded Would loved to have gone back next year but was already booked Definitely a 5 star property
