LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

Wife and I in our 60's The location of property is awesome, close to great food (Bills Seafood Shack) Golf of course, Sunset beach along with other easily traveled to spots. We did tour guided kayaking, visited and walked Bald Head island, Walked the beach to Kindred spirit mailbox and across into South Carolina. Will be back to do more.

Family Vacation from Ohio

The location was perfect, the condo was very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back again. Only a few issues, houses place restaurant being closed a lot during our stay and with being on the first floor the second floor should be carpeted so you don’t hear all the movement and the sliding glass door opening and closing! But overall we loved everything and felt very at home on our stay. Will definitely recommend to others.

Location. place, cleanliness, amenities, within the place, along, with the checkin person, were all VERY good and we would stay there again. The draw backs were: The outside patio fan was not working on the enclose screened in porch and the family staying above us had small children and you could hear them run across their floor/our ceiling all the time we were in the condo, except for that it was a VERY GOOD stay!

Great location near Sunset Beach

We stayed in Sea Trail last summer and found it to be an ideal location. The resort entrance is the last stop before Sunset Beach bridge. A short drive to Calabash for dinner and also close to shops and grocery stores. This condo was much bigger than the last I rented and we were surprised at the space when we arrived! The screened in porches were great and the view of the golf course was very nice. The condo was spotless and the furniture very comfortable. Definitely recommend. Handsdown the best communication from start to finish. House’s Place restaurant at the clubhouse was great too. Great experience overall.

Okay stay....

Online reservation and check-in process was easy. The only thing is that there is a fee for early check-in, depending on how much earlier ou would like to check-in. I've stayed on the property, in a different unit, before and was able to check-in early. Luckily we were only about 45 minutes early and just rode around until check-in time. As for the unit, it needs to be updated with fresh paint and cleaned better. More towels would have been appreciated. But overall it was okay. I would stay on the property again, but in one of the newer units like we stayed in a couple of years ago.

Did not stay

On arriving , my friend and I immediately saw that the place was filthy. We called the management right away as directed in check in instructions to report the lack of cleanliness in the condo. It was not able to be resolved so at about 11:00 pm we left after being promised a refund and having to find a place to spend the night. I’m waiting to see evidence of refund. We were very fortunate to find lodging at that hour since it was a holiday weekend. But we did at a nearby Best western. It was very clean and the hosts were very accommodating. Unfortunately at that late notice our quick getaway weekend cost us a lot more than we had planned, mostly in aggravation. The unit would have been nice if it had been properly cleaned and prepared for guests. Also there were many bugs in the unit . We were concerned that there might have been bedbugs
