Super Clean, Wonderful Place!

Great place! Really clean, 10 min. walk to the beach, great yard and patio sitting area, comfy front porch. I'd definitely recommend for small (< 8 people) groups. Couldn't have been happier with it!

Great family spot

When we arrived Luke had turned on the AC's for us because it was so hot out so the house was already cool. The house itself was immaculately clean only 10 minute walk to the beach, easy enough that my 4 year old daughter and 77 year old mother could do. Ample space and sleeping quarters. Great yard. This place has it all and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice place to stay!

Nice beach house. Plenty of room for a family of four. Short walk to beach and pier. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. Had everything we needed for a great vacation!

Great spot for Southern Maine vacation

This is a lovely home that is really well maintained. The owners are super responsive and go out of their way to accommodate anything you might need. The house is very clean and is well located close to things in OOB, but far enough removed that it's not too loud/crazy. Old Orchard Beach is a great, central location to be by the beach, but also close to lots of great areas in Southern Maine-- Portland, Ogunquit, Freeport, Biddeford, etc. Many thanks to Luke & Chrissy for being such responsive hosts!

Perfect getaway

Could not be happier with my experience renting Luke's house for the week. My small kids (6,4,1) loved playing in the fenced in yard. the house had plenty of space for the family plus my wife's parents. 10 minute walk to the beach, and close to a nice park with a great playground. We used the beach cart, toys and chairs that Luke provided and they were good. The house was clean, everything is as described. I would definitely rent this property again in the future.

Parfait !

Parfait, la maison est idéalement situé , à 7mn à pied de la plage et moins de 15mn du centre ville. Très propre, spatieuse, un beau jardin. Il y a tout sur place. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé. Une excellente communication avec Luke, qui répond très vite aux questions. La maison est joliment décorée et nous rappelle que nous sommes en vacances. Si je dois revenir à Old Orchard, je reloue cette maison, c'est sur ! Mathilde

Perfect home for our annual family getaway

The house was perfectly laid out for our family. The little ones could sleep away from the main activity and all the bedrooms were located with privacy in mind. The owner was hands-on with any issues (delayed construction on the street) and assisted in resolution. Perfect location to easily access beach and activities but a nice retreat in the evening away from the hustle and bustle. Fenced in yard made it easy to reign in the children and there was plenty of space for them to play. Overall a great house in a great location! Thanks to the owner for his representation of the property. We will be back!
