Ocean Front Condo With Private Balcony! Amazing Views!

Grand Victorian 1630 square foot ocean/beach front unit with Ocean views! Private deck overlooking the the ocean. Great deal for families! Sleeping for 10. Central heat and a/c, but a great cross-breeze with windows facing the ocean as well as on the opposite side. Washer/Dryer, ironing board with iron, hairdryer in bath. Kitchen fully equipped with service for 6, plus coffee maker, blender, ice bucket and bar ware, and lobster pot. Rental includes two parking spaces, one on-site and one in parking lot down the street. This is standard in this building.
Events: Weekly Concerts in Town Square this Summer. Free shows from Capricorn Productions every Monday and Tuesday night at 7pm in season. Fireworks: Starting June 28 every Thursday evening through Labor Day at 9:45 pm on the beach next to The Pier. Sponsored by Palace Playland, The Pier, and other local businesses. Also July 4th! Ocean Park Music Festival Sunday evening live music at the Temple on Temple Ave (7:30pm). Chautauqua Weeks inspirational services. July 4 – Fireworks In The Square… On the beach next to the Old Orchard Beach Pier.

Family vacation

The property was amazing.. right at the water, we could walk to everything. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the experience far exceeded our expectations! Check in and check out was so easy, staff was very friendly and accomadating and unit was beautiful and very large in the perfect location with amazing views!

Prime Location and very modern/clean!

From the time of arrival until departure everything went smooth! The check in process was super easy and safe! The location was perfect and the views and sounds of the ocean were priceless! The balconies were awesome and house was spotless! Towels and linens provided as well as most everything you'll need in the kitchen! There were even some extra beach chairs in the closet!! Beautiful spot to come enjoy OOB!!

Beautiful views

Property was exactly as defined in photos and descriptions. Roomy enough for myself and my son with his family of eight. Slight issue with ac was addressed promptly by management. Beautiful views from main bedroom and deck. Note: the coffee machine is a Keurig so bring your kcups. Loved our stay!

Beach perfect!

This rental provided ample space and an unbeatable view for taking advantage of Old Orchard Beach with 4 adults and 4 teenage boys. Extremely clean and easy access to beach. Sunrise views were perfection. Breeze in the windows and doors helped us relax and know we were on vacation. All accommodations were as presented in listing. Just a few notes for future travelers: - Pack extra plastic, paper, or reusable grocery bags. They are not available in local grocery stores. - coffee maker was a Keurig. This was realized after we had bought standard coffee. We thank our hosts for being so kind, available with anything we needed, and truly for helping make our Maine vacation memorable.

Waking up to the waves!

We loved our stay! Waking up to the waves was the most relaxing thing I could imagine and having food and entertainment (not to mention the ocean) just out the door was perfect! Not to mention it was a super short drive to both Kennbunkport and Portland. We will be back.

Beautiful

This condo was all they advertised and more. We we were alerted the day before that there was an early departure and we were free to arrive early. From the front desk receptionist, to the room, to the host, all was picture perfect. No need to drive, just park & walk. Sunrises? Breathtaking! We will return.

Sweeping Views Right On The Beach

The apartment was immaculate, spacious and well stocked. Good location, right in the heart of Old Orchard Beach, on the top floor so you can’t hear the hustle and bustle (but you can watch the ferris wheel or the pier from the terrace to your hearts content). The view couldn’t have been better with sweeping views of the ocean almost everywhere you look. And it is literally paces away from a nice, sandy beach. The pictures on the site don’t do it justice. Ryan and the crew were super attentive and polite, answering my many questions almost immediately. Thank you for a great vacation - we needed it.

The Grand Victorian is a beautiful place!

Our unit was clean. The only negative was that the couch was old and had sand on it. Also a computer chair was used as a table chair for the dining table. The view was fantastic and the unit was nicely decorated. My favorite room was the kitchen. Great space for entertaining. We were on the 5 th floor and noticed the hallway was never vacuumed. Not sure if the staff ever came up. Also it was a very hot week and the hallway leading to our unit was not airconditioned or it was broken. Lastly, I had trouble connecting to the internet. It would work sporadically. Not such a big deal as it was nice to be “unplugged”. I will definitely return to the Grand Victorian.
