First of all, the property grounds were beautiful. Not misrepresented in pictures, beautiful view, quiet etc. Great balcony. No complaints there. Also, Judith was excellent. Very helpful beforehand setting up arrangements, answering questions. Great service from her. The driver we used from the property set up by Judith was also excellent. However, I was extremely disappointed with the ant / bug problem. I’m not sure what kind of bugs they are but they look like ants but are a lighter color. If I could post pictures here, I would. They are tiny and there were lots of them in the kitchen and living room area. On day one, we arrived with lots of groceries ready to cook. I left the pastries (sealed), chips (also sealed) etc. as well as drinks (closed) on the counter. A few minutes later, we noticed these bugs all over our stuff. On absolutely everything that we purchased. I thought it was an isolated incident but quickly threw away the items they were able to crawl into (bread, pastries etc.) and then put the rest in the fridge. Later when I tried to drink a coke, I put the glass with the coke on the kitchen counter. The bugs were attracted to the coke and were all over the table. I can go on and on. We wiped down the table with Vinegar which seemed to help but we couldn’t eat on the table the entire time we were there. Being that this is a condo and it is expected for you to cook and eat, it was highly disappointing and frustrating. They were even in the refrigerator but I think the cold killed them once they got in. Nothing like finding a least a dozen dead bugs in the fridge. It really made the experience unpleasant. I understand that sometimes these things cannot be controlled. What is more disappointing is the owner's unwillingness to apologize (I am not speaking about Judith but the actual condo owner). He also promised to refund a very small portion of the payment, but after several times reaching out, he has not done so. At this point, I just want this to not happen to another individual. If an owner is not willing to apologize or rectify the situation, you are better off renting from a different condo owner at this location.
