About this space
The unit is cosy, comfortable and spacious. In the heart of Bellerive Quay, restaurants, cafes, bottleshops and IGA Supermarket are all at your doorstep.

There is a bus stop almost directly opposite your front door, Bellerive is easy driving distance to Hobart;s CBD (around 10 mins), or treat yourself and take the Derwent Ferry (leaving Bellerive) ride across the River Derwent right in to Hobart's waterfront precinct of Salamanca.

The space
1910 Character Cottage in the heart of Bellerive.
Renovated property split into two units.
Guest can enjoy the entirety of the unit.
North facing, warm and sun-filled all day.
Features 2 bedrooms, with open plan lounge, kitchen dining area.
Beds have quality linen.
Great location with or without a vehicle (public transport, bus and ferry within a short walking distance).
Outdoor front porch area perfect for afternoon or evening drinks and nibbles while watching the sun go down.

Property is on one level, with 4 steps up to the front door.
Self check in.
Property access is via a pathway from the street to the front porch/door.
There is no backyard access (front yard access only).

Very handy to a supermarket and great coffee shop! Easy drive into cbd, or take a short walk to the ferry. On street parking problematic when a footy game on at Bellrive Oval...and parking inspectors are on point!

The house was great and street parking is available in front of the property. The house was our base as we explored Hobart. We drove out for dinner each evening (we were there on a public holiday and the weekend) and got to the city quickly.The beds were comfortable and had bed warming ejecting

We had a wonderful time, the house was close to ferry and only 15 min drive to Hobart. Our hosts Suzanne and Boyd kept us up to date with with parking and traffic especially as an event was on close by. Would highly recommend We look forward to returning to beautiful Bellerive and Tasmania.

Stay at Hobart

Lovely spacious property in a great location. Clean and comfortable close to local amenities and restaurants with easy access to Hobart CBD via ferry or bus. Would certainly recommend.
