Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels for our group of 8. The place is spacious and comfortable. The location was great with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

Glad your leadership team retreat worked well in the house. We often have businesses renting from us- which the houses work really well for. Everyone can have some private space and public areas- which I know both are crucial when traveling with work people. Happy you all were able to relax and felt you were in a beautiful space.

Great property. Great hosts.

Six friends stayed twice in a week at this location. We enjoyed the property, amenities and location. Pictures are accurate and host communications is clear and helpful. Loved this neighborhood.

Comfortable space, great location, accurate listing.

Six friends stayed staging for a canoe trip. The beds are comfortable, the space well-designed and the hosts communicative and clear. The location is fantastic, with plentiful restaurants. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. Highly recommend for a group.

Thanks David we do try to make things as easy as possible with self check in, electronic locks and by sending all of the info a week before and the day of arrival. I know how many things people need to deal with while traveling so we aim to have our part with lodging as seamless as possible.

Amazing property and family friendly

The property was so chic and beautiful. Well maintained and had so much to offer while in Portland. Our friends and I enjoyed our stay and the hosts were so prompt, polite and friendly. Definitely would stay again!

Rendezvous in Portland!

A very nice place that helped us to bring nine family members from diverse regions together for a holiday stay. The hosts had all the extras that we needed, just like being at home.

Wonderful place and location!

Michelle was a fantastic host and the place surpassed our expectations. You can rent the front house as well for larger parties. Food trucks, a coffee shop and super good restaurant/bar (Victoria's) all right next door. Would definitely stay there again!!

Loved the location!

This was a very nice place to stay. We were in town for a wedding and 2 families (total of 9) stayed here. There was enough space and it was decorated very nice. I loved the area! Lots of restaurants and bars to walk to.

Clean, big, lots of room. Wonderful patio area for outdoor entertaining. Great location.

Would stay there again. Great location especially if going to Moda Center or Pearl district. Neighborhood is funky and fun. House was clean comfortable and well stocked. Loved the modern decor.

Oregon Vibes

Perfect time with the family. I am 57 and had my two 83 year old parents and two 25-27 year old sons, and dog. We did the Columbia River Gorge and Cannon Beach. Restaurants in the binder are great, and today we are headed up to Seattle. Very sad to leave this home, but will definitely be back

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay. It rained the whole time so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor area except for throwing darts when the rain was only a drizzle.

Perfect accommodations!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property, and we've already booked our next visit. The entire family gathers there to hang out in Portland for the weekend, and everyone is happy, especially my 91-year-old dad--and he's not easy to please. Beds and bedding are comfortable, bathrooms are plentiful, and neighborhood offers everything we need--including easy access to downtown.

We are a husband and wife team who love to travel, mostly on bicycles, and love designing houses. We put both of those passions together with the two businesses we own. Encircle Design and Build is our home remodeling side, where we mainly focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and whole house remodels. We started Shift Vacation Rentals with our duplex on Alberta Street. When we were getting married we looked for a house that could accommodate all of our family members and couldn't find anything. This experience sprouted our idea to create well-designed, modern, artistic lodging for people coming to Portland in our favorite neighborhoods. We adore Portland and think its, if not the, then one of the best cities in the USA. We are excited to share our home and neighborhood with you as it offers so much. In the house there is a list of recommendations of what to do and see in PDX!

The location is amazing. Walking distance to some of Portland's coolest bars, restaurants, and shops. Mississippi District is the area that exemplifies what makes Portland unique, the locally owned businesses will inspire and wow you.
The house is adorable, extremely clean, well looked after and beautifully appointed. The house is only used as a vacation rental, so you don't feel like you are staying in someone's personal space. We strive to provide a home that is perfect and hope you have an amazing stay.
