Great property. Great hosts.

Six friends stayed twice in a week at this location. We enjoyed the property, amenities and location. Pictures are accurate and host communications is clear and helpful. Loved this neighborhood.

Comfortable space, great location, accurate listing.

Six friends stayed staging for a canoe trip. The beds are comfortable, the space well-designed and the hosts communicative and clear. The location is fantastic, with plentiful restaurants. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. Highly recommend for a group.

Oregon Vibes

Perfect time with the family. I am 57 and had my two 83 year old parents and two 25-27 year old sons, and dog. We did the Columbia River Gorge and Cannon Beach. Restaurants in the binder are great, and today we are headed up to Seattle. Very sad to leave this home, but will definitely be back

Rendezvous in Portland!

A very nice place that helped us to bring nine family members from diverse regions together for a holiday stay. The hosts had all the extras that we needed, just like being at home.

Wonderful place and location!

Michelle was a fantastic host and the place surpassed our expectations. You can rent the front house as well for larger parties. Food trucks, a coffee shop and super good restaurant/bar (Victoria's) all right next door. Would definitely stay there again!!

Loved the location!

This was a very nice place to stay. We were in town for a wedding and 2 families (total of 9) stayed here. There was enough space and it was decorated very nice. I loved the area! Lots of restaurants and bars to walk to.

Excellent accomodations for a big group!

We loved staying here! We had a large family group, including 4 children under the age of 4. The house had toys, a stroller, a pack'n play, and 2 baby gates you can set up for the stairs. It has plenty of room and was very clean/organized. It was also in a great area, within walking distance to fantastic pubs, restaurants, and shops that we loved exploring. My favorite part of the location is that it was next door to a coffee shop! The host was also extremely accommodating and communicative. Would highly recommend!

Clean, big, lots of room. Wonderful patio area for outdoor entertaining. Great location.

Would stay there again. Great location especially if going to Moda Center or Pearl district. Neighborhood is funky and fun. House was clean comfortable and well stocked. Loved the modern decor.

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay. It rained the whole time so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor area except for throwing darts when the rain was only a drizzle.

Amazing location and houses!

These houses are absolutely amazing! They are walking distance to ANYTHING you’d need! Coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores with beer and wine, cute shops, bars, food trucks. The layout of the rear house is perfect for large gatherings and the host is incredibly responsive and accommodating. Would love to visit again!

This property was above and beyond even the listing and pictures. I booked the space for a hang out space following a bachelorette shindig - multiple out of towners and everyone was happy! Thank you!

Fabulous home

Comfortable, tasteful, and well-equipped home conveniently located in the Mississippi neighborhood. Loved exploring during the day and coming home to hang out and play games at night. Nine of us stayed comfortably and hope to do it again next year!

Great property in a fun area

My college girlfriends stayed at this lovely place for a long weekend. Anything we wanted or needed was at our fingertips - from sundries to adventures. The house is on a minorly busy street but you don't even notice noise or traffic. There are lots of shops, restaurants, and interesting sites nearby. The outdoor areas are spacious yet cozy. We needed to contact the owner with a couple of questions which were addressed with speed, efficiency, and personality. We would 100% stay here again if we hit Portland again!

Beautiful property They thought of everything!

there was plenty of room for everyone. We traveled with a baby and were happy to find a pack and play and a stroller. The location is great with an amazing coffee shop just a couple doors down and a whole street of food just south of the house. We loved playing darts and visiting with friends. Highly recommended!

Amazing property!

Loved, loved this property for our annual college girlfriend get away. Great space to hang out and visit. Plenty of room for everyone to get ready. Walking distance to many great shops and eateries. Lyft prices great to those areas that were to far to travel by foot. Responsive to questions via email. All in all an amazing trip! Definitely great place to stay!

Snazzy space in a neighborhood with much to offer

What a fabulous place to stay for our four nights I. Portland after our four nights on the Oregon coast. The place itself was great for our two families traveling with adult children (so many faced of darts in the nifty courtyard yard space for example). There was a great amount of options to grab tasty food and drink with in walking distance also. The property was very well maintained and we really appreciated the book of recommendations from the hosts to guide our way. Even with Portland traffic our location made it relatively easy to get to all sorts of things we wanted to do.

Great visit!

We had a nice visit with family. This was a nicely updated house that made great use of space. The kids loved access to the dart board and we had plenty of space to visit. We appreciated the laundry access. Loved reading the book of the remodel history! Food trucks right next door and shops down the street! Only glitch is that someone graffiti'd the back of our van with a sharpie- luckily we were able to wipe it off with bleach wipe so no big deal.

Super Awesome

Group of 15 professionals shared the entire property. Interior design of Front and Rear Breaks were very welcoming and like walking into your own home. Beds are comfortable and got the much needed rest after attending day long hands on training all week long. Looking forward to booking again for next years conference.

We are a husband and wife team who love to travel, mostly on bicycles, and love designing houses. We put both of those passions together with the two businesses we own. Encircle Design and Build is our home remodeling side, where we mainly focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and whole house remodels. We started Shift Vacation Rentals with our duplex on Alberta Street. When we were getting married we looked for a house that could accommodate all of our family members and couldn't find anything. This experience sprouted our idea to create well-designed, modern, artistic lodging for people coming to Portland in our favorite neighborhoods. We adore Portland and think its, if not the, then one of the best cities in the USA. We are excited to share our home and neighborhood with you as it offers so much. In the house there is a list of recommendations of what to do and see in PDX!

The location is amazing. Walking distance to some of Portland's coolest bars, restaurants, and shops. Mississippi District is the area that exemplifies what makes Portland unique, the locally owned businesses will inspire and wow you.
The house is adorable, extremely clean, well looked after and beautifully appointed. The house is only used as a vacation rental, so you don't feel like you are staying in someone's personal space. We strive to provide a home that is perfect and hope you have an amazing stay.
