Kids loved it!

It is an amazing property. A private pool that kids enjoyed. The indoor-outdoor living space made it easy to keep the kids and family entertained. There are a lot of board games available which we spend nights and eating local fruits. Tigertail Beach and Marco beach are 30-minute walks or a 5-minute drive away.

VERY CLEAN-DATED-SOME BROKEN THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE UPDATED SUCH AS HOT WATER TO THE MASTER BATH

We loved our six days in our beautiful bayside setting. (We caught a few fish from the dock and enjoyed watching a pair of ospreys building their nest in the distance.) Beds were extremely comfortable, house was well equipped and mostly clean. A few things that would've been better- pool was dirty upon arrival, but was maintenanced next day; glass doors needed attention; housekeeping used a dirty cloth to wipe down a few kitchen surfaces (smears); understandably those issues can often be missed when in a hurry... Wishlist: a few bikes and a coffee grinder. Yet, all in all, I highly recommend this home. Thank you!

Fantastic views but lacking indoors

House has great potential. Upon arrival the house was hot. We adjusted the AC's and left to allow the property to cool. After 2 hrs there was no change still at 81°. Property manager responded quickly and Condee (the island AC company) came to check on the units. The worker was condescending giving me the "it's hot in Marco Island" talk. I know hot, I'm from Miami. The AC issue was not completely fixed. Also, the beds need to be updated. They were hard to the point that we left with aching backs. Would love to see those issues corrected as it is an outstanding property. until

Summer Vacation

The home and pool were dirty. The temperature in the house was in the high 70s to 80 degree. Horizon rentals was very responsive, but in the end the trip was not a vacation. They were going to send a cleaning crew out, but due to COVID I didn't want to expose my grand children and daughter in law who has Lupus. The pool was filthy and appeared to not had been serviced in quite some time. They send out a handy man, pool service and air conditioner repair man. The pool deck was filthy and had to be hosed down and the pool was missing chemicals. The air conditioner repairman put gas in one of the units but indicated that the size of one of the units was not sufficient for the size of the house especially since it had quite a few windows and sliding glass doors. We were not able to enjoy the view because we had to keep the window dressings drawn. My son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren had to leave early due to the heat being unbearable. Would not recommend this home to anyone.

Great location, great house

The house is on one of the lakes and not the smaller canals so this makes the view and privacy a lot better. The house is well equiped with everything to prepare elaborate meals. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the master has a desk in case you need to work like I did.

Amazing views

This property was wonderful for our family and friends. Amazing view of the bay on a quiet street. Home had everything we needed and very spacious. I will rent this property again!

Marco Manor

The house, amenities and pool were excellent for our family of 8. House was nicely decorated and well stocked with basic supplies. Linens were good quality. In all it worked out very well. Would definitely come back. Only a couple of negatives (1) the pool filter didn’t do a great job with the inevitable bugs on the surface and the skimmer net was torn and in bad condition, and (2) the air conditioners had a hard time keeping the house as cool as we like it. All in all though, very pleased!
