Everything was 10 The hoat was very welcoming. We met him in person which was very nice. The home was very clean and very tastefully decorated. It was so perfect for 2 people. It was cozy and had everything we needed. I’d say it is a hidden treasure. We will definitely come back. Easy access right off the highway. Wish we could have stayed longer

Mike is great! Very clean, comfortable and safe area! Great checking in with code sent to you days in advance. Easy access to everything including a store within a few blocks.

Perfect for our needs

Property was well suited for our Spring Training trip, with the essentials for a comfortable stay. The location was in a safe residential neighborhood as advertised with easy access to a few grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Mike, the host, was available if needed and very responsive.

Great Stay

This is a nice la casita with a great host. It was the perfect size for me and my spouse. Centrally located with easy access to the greater Phoenix area and Sky Harbor Airport. It is highly recommended!

Perfect casita

Very enjoyable stay. This little casita was perfect for our Spring Training trip and wish we would have booked it for a longer stay. Mike, the host, was friendly and attentive. We will definitely try to book it again next spring!

Easy access, and excellent location!

Communication with the owner and access to the property was all super easy, Mike is great. You're within a couple blocks of great restaurants and bars, and you're near US-60, so you can get anywhere in the Central/East Valley super easy. Love the location!

Perfect accomodations

Perfect for the two of us for our hiking vacation. Our plane coming in was delayed and the host had a light on for us so we could see around at 4am. We had many amenities so we could be in and out to hike! Would recommended!

The property worked well for us. The location was central to many of the people and places we planned to visit. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a park nearby for short walks in the evening. A small dining table would be a welcome addition as well as a few decaf Keurig pods. Mike was friendly and accommodating for a few glitches. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Cute, Convenient, Clean

Adorable, just like in the pictures. Very neat and clean, which to me is very important. We were so happy having a kuerig available. Convenient to Mesa, downtown and the airport. Mike was very kind and welcoming upon our arrival. I would highly recommend staying here.

Gives you more than you expect!

There is little visual appeal at the entrance, but after that everything was beyond our expectations. All quality fittings, a disposal, updated kitchen and bathroom, and everything was very CLEAN! Very nice shades on windows. A security lock top grade. Lots of room to park. Mike the owner is just next door, and could 't have been more information, helpful and accommodating. Large bedroom with slider onto a large patio, with nice quality chairs table and tilting umbrella. There is a wooden deck to the side, where you could sit in the shade and a gorgeous grapefruit tree. Mike let us pick all we wanted! We were very comfortable in this unit, felt safe, and were very pleased.

This was an excellent location for a quiet getaway. Went to visit my son in Tempe. While he worked, I rested and it was peaceful, quiet, clean, and just what I needed as a break from work.
