Cozy 2 Bedroom Beach Town Getaway Cottage

Welcome to our adorable and charming little beach house, just moments from the sea! This extremely clean and light-filled house couldn’t be more fun and filled with whatever you might need to make your stay in beautiful Cayucos more perfect. With peeks of the ocean and the sound of the waves, it includes 2 bedrooms and a bath, a fully equipped kitchen, patio outdoor shower, completely enclosed back yard with large deck, pergola, build in BBQ, dining table, outdoor lounge.

Located close to downtown Cayucos, Circle Drive is also just two blocks to the beach at the 19th Street beach access. This beach is great for relaxing and ideal for surfing/boogie boarding while rarely crowded despite the perfect weather. If you're into running you can actually do a 10k loop from the pier all the way to Morro Rock and watch the kite surfers. It's really a little bit of paradise.

Our little retreat includes use of the cruisers (*please use the helmets provided/owner not responsible for accidents), full laundry facilities, heated outdoor shower (for getting sand off bodies/feet, wetsuits...) boogie boards, wagon, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and blanket... Single car parking in the driveway and 2 additional spots above patio. Amazing back deck/lounge area.

We are also set up to accommodate little ones, includes a high chair and pack-n-play portable crib and small table and chairs for dining.

The house was clean and comfortable. Loved the deck which was screened nicely from nearby properties. It is a wonderful area for relaxing. Only negative was coffee. The available kuerig choices were not to my taste. I brought my own coffee for this reason but couldn’t find a way to brew it. A glitch in the entry key code, which could have become a real hassle, was resolved quickly by the host and VRBO. So many options for things to do in the area! We made some good choices and had a wonderful time. Plenty of good food in local restaurants.

I cannot express enough how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay at this charming home. Having never rented via VRBO, Brad was very patient with all our questions and made our stay hassle free.The home itself was very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, had all the amenities one could need, and was only a short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was a plus for our post beach walks!Would most definitely recommend!

Excellent stay in Cayucos. Perfect location with easy access to the beach, town, and restaurants — just a short bike ride away. The back patio and grill were a huge plus, and the rental had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful stay here. This house had so many wonderful amenities and helpful instructions for each. The vintage record player was a great touch. Don’t miss out on the board game closet in the master bedroom.

Fun and excellent stay at the beach! The house was perfect for a fun and relaxing beach stay. The house had everything we needed and just that bit more to make it more comfortable and a place for fun family meals and games in the evenings. The place was very clean and very close to the beach - great for additional night time beach walks.

We stayed here for a family visit and Morro Bay Half Ironman… it was convenient, comfortable and perfectly appointed. Pleasant walk to beach and easy to get to town and Morro… Can’t wait to return!

The house was excellent for our stay. Brad replenished the coffee with some excellent selections. I love that there was even a guitar to play! Beds were comfortable, location was great, and we had all we needed!

Property is even better than the photos. Clean and well cared for - the owners have provided all the little details needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. 5 min. walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely darling beach cottage just a few short blocks from the ocean. This charming and delightful home has everything you could possibly need to make your stay cozy and luxurious. Brand new large back deck with ocean views, outdoor bbq island, dining table and covered pergola area with lounge seating allow you to enjoy the beautiful coastal weather while listening to the waves break. Featuring two bedrooms, a full bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, several bicycles with helmets allowing guests to explore the darling downtown. Also, an outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after playing on the beach. Just minutes to downtown Cayucos and a short trek to Morro Bay or Cambria.
