Spectacular harbour views from this fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom security unit on the 6th floor. Fully renovated and designer furnishings, this apartment is located across the road from the ferry. The combined lounge and dining room opens up onto the large verandah with outdoor table as well to enjoy views. TV in the lounge room and dining setting for 6.
The master bedroom has air conditioning, queen size bed built in wardrobes and opens onto the balcony.
Master bathroom has a bath and shower. 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and built-ins. This bedroom also has its own ensuite. Great size modern kitchen with all the modcons. Internal separate laundry with washer/dryer combo. Security parking included. Opposite Manly Ferry - 20 minute ferry to and from Sydney CBD Stays of 5 nights or more, with some properties having minimum 3 or 6 month requirements. Utility contribution charges apply. A complimentary welcome pack includes a number of single use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, snacks, soap, laundry and dishwashing supplies. This fully furnished property includes quality amenities and every convenience to ensure you enjoy a comfortable 'home away from home'. All linen is included in the rental rate.
