The property was a great spot for a group of 7 adults to stay while skiing at Keystone. It was very clean, and it had a great living room setup with a fire to dry gear, a patio, and large windows with views of the ski hill. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, and there was plenty of silverware and dishes to make it easy for us to eat lunch and cook dinner in the property. We loved having 4 bathrooms that were well stocked with towels and shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion.
There were a few small misses in the kitchen - the left 2 slots of the 4 slot toaster didn't work. There were no oven mits or trivets that we could find to remove or place hot pans, so we ended up using towels.
The beds and pillows did also give a lot of people some trouble. While there were tons of pillows, most of them seemed old or lumpy, and a lot of people complained about sore necks after waking up.
Finally, the check in experience could have been slightly improved. We had to go to Dillon before going to the Keystone condo to "pick up the keys". The "keys" were just a few pieces of paper with the code to get into the room, and a parking pass. I would have much preferred if this information was texted at 4:00 instead of having us stop in Dillon. The cleaners were also not done by 4:25 when the first of our group arrived, and check in time for us was 4.
Overall, it really was a great place to stay, with a few small challenges that should be easily fixable by the host!
