Excellent place to stay in Pagosa, highly recommended. Everything you need in an excellent place. Close enough to everything, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Great communication from VRBO Steward. Will definitely return.

Great location

Was a great stay. Lots of space and great location. Close to town and hiking trails. Condo was fully furnished and had all the amenities for cooking or just hanging out on the deck. Would definitely recommend.

The unit was in need of a deep cleaning. Windows were filthy, soo many spider webs. Some basic maintenance needed. light bulbs burned out, toilet seat in basement bathroom was very worn, lack of kleenex. The ice and water from refrigerator were accommodated with noisy icemaker on counter. Patio furniture was dirty and not in great repair. The sink in the bathroom up on right drained very slowly. Garage was great!

Overall great place. Air conditioned which is good in August even in this area.Some hiccups:Exact unit number was not listed on any of the communication that I could find, just the main community address. Called the contact number after figuring that out and they picked up right away to give us complete information. I have found you never know exactly what will be stocked in these places and it is usually not evident in the amenities description. This one had a well stocked kitchen including spices (some do not provide that) but had no body soap or shampoo (many provide that). The first time we got in the shower we used hand soap until we could get to the grocery! So maybe specify somewhere that this is NOT provided - maybe I missed it.

Fantastic Location

Ideal location to everything and a short drive to the mountain for skiing. Very homey with plenty of essentials to eat in if you want. Plenty of space for dining or hanging out. Will definitely try and book here again!!

Perfect Mountain Getaway - Cozy, Clean & Scenic

We recently stayed at this cozy Colorado condo and couldn’t have been more pleased. The space was exceptionally clean, organized, and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and it’s clear the property is thoroughly maintained and cared for.One of the highlights was the stunning mountain views visible from every door and window. Waking up to that beautiful scenery each day made the experience even more special. Lovely condo

The condo was easy to find, it was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the balcony and comfortable beds. The contact at Evolve was always quick to respond and very helpful. It was nice to be able to park our car in the garage. We would stay here again. Be sure to bring slippers or indoor-only shoes as owner requests shoes to be removed in the condo.

Great place in a great neighborhood!

Our second time to stay here! We love this place. It is warm and inviting, yet spacious. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen has everything you could need, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The location is convenient and quiet. We loved watching the snow from the large windows. To top it off, the owners provided great communication and clear instructions. We will definitely look forward to staying a third time!

Everything you need

Really enjoyed staying at this property. The house was clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Beds were comfortable loved the set up with one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs. Enjoyed the opened kitchen/ living area and apppreciated the fact that there were plenty of pots and pans that were in good condition to make cooking go smoothly. It’s never fun when there is one scratched up pan to work with. Thank you for sharing your Beautiful well stocked home.

Great Stay!

This townhouse was very comfortable, clean, and so spacious! We really enjoyed our stay! Although we did not use the kitchen much, it was very well stocked. We had plenty of towels and the washer/dryer were great to have because they were so efficient. The split floor plan was very nice and made it seem more private. The location was around the corner from wal-mart and eating places. The neighborhood is very quiet. I would totally recommend this house, and we are very particular as to where we stay. I appreciated having the owner leave open their Prime and Netflix to watch.

Convenience/Comfortable

I did not appreciate not having suitable seating on the patio. There was only one shabby fold out chair that was filthy. I would’ve loved a couple chairs with small table to have my coffee in the morning. Also the temperature in home was freezing. We were coming from warm temps of Texas. This was very uncomfortable to me. I expected the temp to be controlled in the 70’s at least.

Spacious and Comfortable

This condo is spacious, comfortably furnished, conveniently located, and thoughtfully stocked. Really appreciated the a/c as we had some days near 90 degrees. Would definitely stay here again. There is limited parking as some have mentioned - the garage would hold two compact cars but our truck with roof rack was too tall to fit. We barely fit in the driveway in front of the garage and you are not allowed to let your vehicle hang out into the drive lane. Not a problem for us but would be for someone pulling a trailer.
