Host had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Received easy instructions on where to park and how to check In. It was perfect location for our needs. Clean , quiet and cozy and price was reasonable.

Amazing property and wonderful host!

I made this reservation 7 months ago and reached out to the host shortly before my trip to confirm everything was set. It was, of course! However, the night before my trip, the host informed me of a minor issue with the property I had originally booked. Without hesitation, he offered me an upgrade to a larger property just a few blocks away. I gladly accepted, and I was blown away by how stunning this "EXQUISITE FAMILY HOME" was. Although I didn’t stay in the "Cozy Studio !", I can only imagine it was just as wonderful. The new property was centrally located and made getting around so convenient. The host’s flexibility and willingness to accommodate me at the last minute truly made my trip stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in any of his properties again if I return to this beautiful part of Lakeland.

Very Nice Stay

The property is as stated in the description. I felt it was nicer than I had expected. I stayed to visit my daughter at FSC. It was a short walk to campus and to the Black and Brew at the library. I felt it was more comfortable than many of the hotels in the area.

Great Location

Liked off street assigned parking and screened in porch. Bikes safe on porch. Excellent communication. Be aware that there’s 2 steps to get to bathroom. Would stay again.

Great again

Tho was my second time staying with Edgar. This was a different unit from the first. Always very clean and quiet. Neighborhood is close to everything needed. Definitely thumbs up!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed this property. It was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, it was a perfect spot for us to land for a couple of days. The washer dryer was a nice bonus. I was having trouble communicating with the host, but it may have been my issue it was the first time with the vrbo app. I'm not very techy. I was a little disappointed that there was only enough coffee for two cups (one a piece) for one morning. Overall Great Stay!

Cozy And More

Our stay at the Cozy Studio was a welcome and well appointed oasis from the hustle and bustle of vacationing. There are some "neighbors" (up to 1 or 2 shared walls, if memory serves), so there may be more or less traffic around your unit, depending on who else is there and which unit you get. Still, each unit is otherwise separate, and our stay was pleasant with easy checkin, reasonable checkout, and no complications. We'd visit again and hope that you give this listing a try!

Lovely little studio in Lakeland with easy walk to Polk art museum, lakes and downtown restaurants. Apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything I needed for my week long stay. Host was very helpful.

Very convenient

Apt is very clean and well appointed. It is within walking distance to art museum, restaurants and Fl Southern College. Nice neighborhood for walking.

Excellent Experience

We recently stayed in this charming apartment for three months for our first snowbird visit to Lakeland to be near family. This apartment was all we could ask for, and our hosts were warm, welcoming and responsive to our requests. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well supplied. The storage available was generous and met our needs for an extended stay very well. It was a bonus to have the laundry room, beautiful screened-in porch and adequate parking for our large truck. We were able to store our bicycles safely on the screened-in porch. The location was quiet and within easy walking distance to two lakes, the library, the art museum and the downtown area with multiple restaurants, farmer’s market and local events. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
