Hello Maria Thank you for your review. Villa is a great property beautifully presented and situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood , close to Cowes and the beach. I am pleased that you rated 5 stars in quality. cleanliness, location and comfort. That's great! Holiday properties in Bass Coast are subject to regulation, one of these is excess noise. The music was playing from a rock box and could be heard in neighbouring streets. Your sister booked this property directly with our agency, Getaway Phillip Island and our booking terms and conditions clearly state - TERMINATION Occupation of premises, which in the absolute discretion of the Agent causes nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers, will be terminated immediately. The person making the booking must stay in the property and will be held responsible for the conduct of all guests. The premises are let to you for holiday purposes only for the periods stated on the final receipt and for the maximum persons per bed of the premises booked. Exceeding maximum number will render the guest liable to cancellation of the booking immediately. Stayz has similar guidelines to protect neighbouring properties and property owners. New Years Eve is to be enjoyed by everyone and excess noise can spoil the night for others in the area. I hope you can understand why we were concerned.
