Welcome to our Sandy Bay Getaway a large family home located just 150 meters away from the stunning North facing beach of Cowes. Our spacious and inviting 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is the perfect getaway for large families or groups of up to 12 people.

When the kids are in bed, soak in the large 8-person Spa out back and go into full holiday mode. At night you can gather around the wood fireplace in the living room for some great stories.

The Space:
Our home features a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. You'll love the large patio with outdoor furniture and a hot tub - the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. The indoor fireplace will keep you warm and cozy during the cooler months, and the large dining table is perfect for family meals or game nights.

Our home has four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom, One bedroom has one queen and a double bed and the other bedroom has a queen, king single and single bed. Each room has plenty of storage space for your belongings and comfortable beds to ensure a good night's sleep.
All our bedrooms also have their own split system for heating and cooling.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, and the BBQ on the patio is perfect for outdoor dining. We also provide WIFI, so you can stay connected with your loved ones or work remotely if necessary.

Our home is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach, where you can enjoy swimming, surfing, fishing, and other water activities. You can also explore the nearby town of Cowes, which offers a range of shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Our family home is based in the peaceful and scenic Silverleaves area, surrounded by native trees and wildlife. It's the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

At the end of the road, you'll find a charming coffee shop where you can enjoy a morning latte or a delicious lunch. It's the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings before heading out to explore the area.

Our home is also conveniently located near the town of Cowes, where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Visit the local markets to sample some of the region's fresh produce or take a day trip to the nearby Phillip Island Nature Parks to see the famous penguin parade.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access through a lockbox, with a code being sent out 2 days before check-in.

Other Things to Note:
We do not allow Schoolies or parties at this or any of our other properties.
