It was great that the supply of essential items such as toilet paper or dishwasher tabs etc were plentiful as there is nothing worst than having to buy a whole packet just for a short stay. Properties next to each other was great for us as we had several families together for a wedding.

Perfect getaway

Plenty of outdoor spaces. Our group loved the firepit and hanging out in the shed playing games. Cormfortable, relaxing, easy house to chill out in.

Home away from home

Beautiful home and location, kitchen well equipped with all cooking needs. Games room was amazing and well enjoyed by our family. Hosts were great with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

Stayed there for my son’s wedding at nearby vineyard we had the groom and his groomsmen there the night before . The games room is fantastic we had a great time. It has everything you need.

Wonderful stay as always!!

Always a pleasure to stay at the lake houses. Perfect for our family We look forward to our next stay. Allocation of some extra time to the cleaners on a regular basis to do a deep clean would be beneficial and a bit of general maintenance wouldn’t go astray considering the price range these house are in. The few minor issues didn’t affect our stay at all 😀

Wedding weekend

We rented out 4 of the homes with other extended family and friends to celebrate the wedding of our daughter, which was held in Aratula. Great location for this, as we were able to have almost the whole wedding party come over the next day for a brunch and catch-up, which really made it a special weekend.

Lakehouse Delight

We booked this to stay in for our son’s wedding which was being held nearby. Stayed for two nights prior to the big day and evening of the big day. We were so impressed busy the serenity (stayed Tuesday to Friday). Absolutely beautiful, stunning views, nature walks add the house itself was beautifully presented. I would give this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On arrival the view and the house were exceptional. The ease of parking at the back door and unloading your belongings was great. The undercover carport for jetski and boat storage was well designed. Beautiful spot

Great property. Well stocked kitchen. Good quality furnishings. Would have been great for a house able to sleep 10 for the indoor kitchen table to also seat 10. It was a bit breezy outside in July. Bathroom door to shared bathroom didn’t close. And main toilet door didn’t lock. Other than that very happy with house. Would stay again.

Great night the day before my wedding

This was a great property to stay at and catered to our every need. The little man cave was great fun and the pinball machine got a lot of attention from the lads. The rooms where very spacious and comfortable and will be definitely be staying again sometime in the near future.

Beautiful accommodation

Loved the houses. They were truly beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay extra for the games room after already hiring 4 houses and paying extra for the pool house then to pay extra just to use the gaming room. Other then that the houses were stunning and the views were amazing 😍

Short stay

Very nice house, bathroom is very nice. There was a bad smell from the washing machine cupboard, but if left closed then ok. Nicely layed out and coffee/tea provided. Cafe is down the road as well. Games room is excellent for the kids, keeps them occupied and sleeps a few of them.

Perfect place for a family getaway!

We rented this property for my son's wedding long weekend, it was perfect for 4 couples, (didn't rent games room). Great house, spacious, well appointed, excellent bathrooms, multiple entertaining areas, firepit, plenty of chairs, kitchen excellent size, great fridge and freezer. Seperate (attached) studio room was an excellent feature. Electric roller blinds in all rooms. Comfy beds (2 king, 2 queen, and bunks) all with nice linen. Fire place in living was beautiful. Plenty of car parking behind the house. Great views to make and mountains from master bedroom and huge verandah. Lots of homely things supplied, like firewood, toilet paper and hand soap. Loved it and highly recommend. Our extended families rented the other lake houses and this made the weekend even more enjoyable, as we were all close by.
