This was our first time on AMI! The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was nicely stocked. The AC and heat worked great. I loved the short walk to the beach each morning! We had a wonderful vacation on this beautiful island!

Great location on Bradenton Beach. You can easily walk to Bridge Street and local resturants.

Great stay

We stayed at the property for a week long honeymoon. Everything was clean and comfortable. The beach is a stones throw away and the pool was warm and clean.

Beautiful Place

The Condo was in the perfect location, it had everything we needed & close to everything.. Beach across the street and several restaurants nearby. You must check out the Oyster Bar! Awesome food. Can't wait to go back again!

Great location! Very clean!

My husband and I had a great week rental in this unit. It has everything we needed and was very clean. Check in/out was simple/easy. Community pool was nice to have, also very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our beach vacation, including chairs, umbrella, beach towels and all basic toiletries. The location was very convenient- walking distance to many local shops and restaurants.

Relaxing vacation

This property was a great stay. All amenities were as noted. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The proximity to the beach was great. Great restaurants around. Would highly recommend and would stay again. One suggestion would be to add curtains instead of the vertical blinds in the master bedroom.

Our stay was great! This unit is very clean. We did not see any bugs during our stay. Most units near beaches usually have water bugs at least, but this unit has none. The shower in the master bath is one of, if not the best I've ever used at a beach condo. The water pressure is great. In many showers, the temperature is very touchy. A minor movement can go from cool to too hot. This shower has plenty of room for adjustment. Better than my own. Shower doors would be the only improvement. The washer and dryer work very well. The kitchen should meet the needs of most. The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Most accessories you will need upon arrival are provided. The pool is very nice and clean. It is a very short walk to the beach. You're just 1.5 miles from a Publix and pharmacies on the island. Several restaurants on the island. It is a short drive across the bridge to find plenty of shopping and restaurants. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The information provided by the host is very thorough. Easy access to the unit with keyless entry is very helpful. You can view the ocean from the front balcony and secondary bedroom. You can view the bay from the living room, master bedroom and rear balcony. You should enjoy your stay in this unit very much.

The condo was clean but in need of repairs to closet doors, shower door and vertical blinds.The second floor stairs were tough for older adults but had a great time.

Great location

We have stayed in several Gulf Watch condos and have always had a good experience. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. We appreciated the closet full of beach chair and supplies and the starter packs of essentials. The only suggestion we have is new window treatments/blinds. Also the first night we were there people were in the pool until almost midnight and we could hear noise since the condo overlooks the pool.

Emma’s surprise trip

We surprised our granddaughter with a trip to Anna Maria Island. The condo was perfect for our needs. Pros: convenient location, short walk to beautiful beach and had chairs for our use. Loved free trolley and that there was a north and southbound stop within walking distance. Cons: too many blinds missing in bedroom; room needs black out curtains so you can sleep vs having to get up when the sun rises, mattresses in both rooms are too hard for our taste, living room tv needs to be replaced, master bathroom toilet needs repair as the water runs nonstop making it difficult to sleep at night (message sent regarding, but no one replied or came to repair) and shower door looks as if it’s going to fall off the tracks needs repairing. But overall would recommend

Island Frat House

This unit was run down and poorly cleaned. All furniture was stained and very dusty. The blinds on every window were broken or missing. Unit is right off the road so lights and noise 24/7. The kitchen counters and cooktop had not been cleaned, there was even a dirty pan in the oven, and the cabinets were smeared with orange residue. All glass and tiles were smeared also. Would not recommend.

Great Place

This was a great place to stay. Just a very short walk to the beach. The pool was even closer and extremely clean. We arrived to our unit to find everything we needed; kitchen essentials and non essentials, linens, beach chairs and directions for the TV remote and AC. The unit was very clean. I did call the property manager because one of the bed frames was broken. The response was immediate and taken care of quickly. I hope to come back to this unit next summer.

A wonderful place to stay!

A clean, spacious facility. Well equipped. A wonderful heated pool (which we needed as the weather was a little cooler than we expected.) A short walk across the street to the beach! A short walk to bars and restaurants! All in all, we were very, very happy with our choice!

Short get away!

Everything was wonderful, We had a great time. The water pressure was very low, and We thought the lighting in the Kitchen was low. Condo itself was very clean and nice. Thanks Terry for all the help.
