Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The property has a beautiful backyard and furnishings. We really appreciated the comfortable mattresses and bedding. The communication and check in/check out processes were very user friendly. We would absolutely stay again.

Excellent house

I had an incredible stay at Pink Palms. The house is adorable and nicely appointed with everything you need. Fantastic location and a backyard oasis! Great beds. Good water pressure and dark rooms!

Great home for family vacation

We had 6 adults and 4 kids stay in this property. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids and plenty of activities to do. Safe property with the gate that closes. 3rd bedroom does not have a comfortable mattress however. This was our only downside.

Casa Del Sol review

The residence was very well laid out. The thoughtfulness of the hosts to provide essential items (paper towels, trash bags, etc) went a long way in making our stay comfortable and easy. The property management team was responsive to any issues we had (which were none). The cleanliness of the property went along way to make me and my family feel comfortable also. I would recommend this company and residence to anyone staying in the Phoenix area and I would not hesitate to use their services the next time I’m down that way. Bravo Casa Del Sol!

I wish things worked, wish it was cleaner.

Many electrical outlets did not work or were missing from the rooms. Lamps on night stands were for "show" with no outlet to plug into. When searching for outlets to plug lamps and phone chargers into, we noticed that the filth under the beds and on the baseboards and walls was tremendous. Since I suffer from allergies, I cleaned the master bedroom myself so I could survive the 4 day stay.

Perfect home!

My 2 sisters (from PA), my wife and I (from Sedona, AZ) stayed at this beautiful, perfect 4 bedroom property for the NASCAR Finals weekend. It was perfect for our small group. We were only 40 minutes from the raceway, 10 minutes from airport and many restaurants and shopping nearby!! Our ONLY complaint were the TV and internet service were horrible! Please provide better instructions for use. We were never able to use either the TV or internet! We would love to stay here again! Thank you

Getaway with 9 friends

We had a group of nine of us staying at the house and we all fit fairly comfortably. Couch was large enough for two people to sleep. House was clean and everything worked accordingly. House did not come with enough shampoo, conditioner, etc but that was a minor inconvienience. Backyard was great for lounging. Location was great. Directly between Scottsdale and Phoenix which made going out a breeze. Would stay here again.

Good girls getaway

This house was great and it was at a great location. Close to stores and places to eat. The fire pit was really nice to have on those cold nights we had. The only thing to note is that it is on a busy street. So if car noises at night are a problem for you then that’s something to consider. But there is rooms in the back of the house that would help with the noise. My friends and i had a great stay!

Overall the property was well renovated and looks like the pictures. A few things to know about our own experience: the A/C was not working when we arrived. There’s no phone number in any confirmation emails and with no response on the booking app 36 hours later, I called the number on the website. The gate to the house wouldn’t properly open/close and my family cleaned out sinks, dresser drawers and asked that the couch be cleaned again because of the dog hairs stuck to our clothes after laying down the first evening. There were no bikes, the ping pong table was in poor shape and the grill was caked in dust and a foul smell. When we did get in touch by phone, the team was helpful, quick and professional. For the rate, I guess we expected a little better.

Peacock Paradise

We had a great time at the house. The main suite was amazing. The outdoor space and pool areas were incredible and very spacious, with several vignettes to spend time. I just wish we had had more time there. Only negative was the front bedroom (opposite the main), 'uniquely decorated' and had an odd smell.

Spacious and updated

We enjoyed this rental. It was more than enough space for our family. The updates to the home made it feel modern. We barely noticed the busy street - the gate helped keep noise down and made it feel private. Especially loved the backyard space.

Great house for family gathering

Clean, very well stocked, and really nice owners/managers. They came over with a new coffee maker when we needed it. Couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Really highlight recommend this place for any type of gathering. Bedrooms very comfortable and exactly what you want for a relaxing stay.
