We love coming to Brownfield for our annual ladies weekend. The house is exceptionally clean and convenient to North Conway for shopping and ice cream field trips.

We had great weather, and did a lot of shopping in the area. Also enjoyed a few nights around the fire pit. Everyone enjoyed being together. Our 18 month old great grandson also enjoyed the pond and sand.Several of us also used your trails to walk. Fishing not so great.

Amazing

Great place for a family vacation!

This was our third year staying at this property and we are already booked for next year! Plenty of room for our kids and grand kids, large table for family meals, functional kitchen, large yard for running and the private beach! Awesome place!

Annual trip

Our family and two other family's stay here for our annual trip. We live going to storyland on the first day then relaxing on the beach the rest of the week. It's calm and quiet and the perfect get away.

Great layout to the house lots of beds. Pond is pretty nice with decent swimming, nice beach, I don’t think there is much fishing to be had. Lots of snowmobile trails in massive property. Very nice grills and fire pit with wood. Most of the beds are very noisy and somewhat uncomfortable. Kitchen doesn’t have any spices or misc stuff like that. Bring your own laundry detergent. Very close to North Conway and lots of good attractions.

Love this property

We love staying at this property every summer as a family. Linda is a wonderful hostess, the property and house are very well maintained, and we always enjoy our time on the beach and exploring the hiking paths - even when it rains!

Great Family Retreat

We had a great stay at this amazing property! The beachfront and rolling lawn were perfect for the four kids (ages 5-9) in our group, and the outdoor seating for lounging and outdoor meals. The inside was spacious and well stocked. Great location close to hiking and biking but also close to shopping in Conway, NH and StoryLand for the kids.

Wonderful house and beautiful landscape

We were three families with kids (6) who had a wonderful 3 days over the New Year. The house is clean and has everything we needed. Although we were a large group, there was enough place for everyone both in common areas and bedrooms. The winter lake views are stunning and there were plenty of options for winter hiking. Also there is a ski resort within 15 minutes drive. We definitely would love to visit again!

We have lived in Brownfield for 37 years, been married for 53 years. We both come from the northeast and plan to stay here. I went to Nursing School and my husband is retired from the United States Army and still has his hand in his own business.

My Husband was familiar with this area as he traveled here in his younger days. He talked me into buying this property, which we both love. The property started out at 10 acres. Little by little we bought up land around us and now we own over 1200 acres. It's been cleared and fields have been brought back to the original fields. We are very proud of our home and property, and what we have accomplished. Our home is located at 193 Sam Brown Hill Rd.
