The property is marketed as offering four sleeping areas, and we understand the importance of guests having a clear understanding of the room configuration when selecting a vacation rental. We are reviewing the property's description and room terminology to ensure that the listing accurately and clearly communicates the configuration and features of each sleeping area. Regarding the lighting concern, the issue was reported during the stay and a maintenance provider responded. Two lamps were provided so the room could have lighting for the remainder of the stay. We acknowledge that the overhead light and ceiling fan were not restored during the visit, and we regret the inconvenience this caused and provided compensation to reflect as such. We also recognize that the request for additional garbage bags was not fulfilled as promptly as it should have been, and we apologize for that inconvenience. We appreciate the feedback and have shared these concerns with the appropriate property-care team so that they can be reviewed and addressed. Our goal is always to provide future guests with accurate information, a safe and comfortable property, and prompt assistance when an issue arises during a stay. We’re pleased to hear that the property’s location, amenities, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful hooks and storage, and heated pool worked well for this group! We’re also glad our management team was responsive throughout the stay. For future guests, we want to provide some additional context regarding the concerns mentioned. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we take feedback about the condition of floors, carpeting, and areas beneath furniture very seriously. When concerns are reported during a stay, we encourage guests to let us know right away so our housekeeping team can address them. We have also shared this feedback with our housekeeping and property-care teams for further review, including the condition of the carpeting and flooring. The bedrooms in this condo are designed within the existing layout of the three-bedroom unit, so space around the beds can be somewhat limited, particularly when traveling with larger amounts of luggage. We appreciate the suggestion regarding bedroom furnishings and will share it with the owner as we evaluate opportunities to improve both functionality and comfort. Regarding the rental agreement, as a professional vacation rental management company, we require guests to complete a standard rental agreement before arrival. This is a normal part of our management process and helps establish important property rules, expectations, and protections for both homeowners and guests. We understand that it can feel different from the booking platform's own terms, but it is an important part of the reservation process for our managed properties. For parking, the property provides two designated parking spaces. Parking availability is determined by the property's community/HOA, and the number of bedrooms does not necessarily correspond to the number of permitted vehicles. We encourage groups traveling with additional vehicles to contact us before booking so we can help identify available alternatives. Future guests should note that while the property is comfortable and functional, some areas reflect an older style and kitchen supplies are being reviewed to better accommodate group stays. We are also improving inventory checks to ensure an adequate number of pool towels are provided for the size of each reservation. In addition, our housekeeping team is adjusting restocking standards to provide a more balanced supply of toiletries, including soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
