We’ve stayed at this property twice, the location is nice for an off-beach property with some restaurants nearby. The views from the lanai are great, and you can watch sunrise down the hallway. The condo is spacious and nicely furnished. We had one issue where the beach lounge chairs were not in the property, the manager had some lawn chairs shipped the next day. We appreciate the prompt response, but replacement chairs were not beach loungers, just chairs-in-a-bag that we had no interest lounging in, so we did have to rent chairs at the Marriott (24/day for 2 ppl). You could say that’s a personal preference, but looking around at the beach there wasn’t a single chair like this in sight so I think majority of people don’t sit in these chairs at the beach. As a fellow VRBO property owner, my only complaint about this property is that they don’t provide basic cleaning supplies (e.g. dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc.). As a vacationer, I don’t want to spend money on basic necessities for a week long stay. I think this is something the property owner should provide, and frankly would want to provide so that guests can keep their property clean. The listing indicated “soap” was provided, but they clarified this was only 1 bar of soap to wash hands with. So, be prepared to BYO or buy these necessities. The arm chairs in the living room are showing signs of dirt/wear and would benefit from a cleaning.
