1970年代に別荘として建てられたこの2階建てのAフレームには、2つのベッドルームと2階のバスルーム、もう1つのベッドルームと2階のバスルームがあります。 広いオープンプランのリビングルームには、ガラス張りの丸太バーナーがあり、素敵な暖かさだけでなく、暖炉の雰囲気も楽しめます。 このスペースは、大きなクルミの木の下に置かれたプライベートの広々とした敷地に続く日当たりの良いデッキに通じています - 芝生のクロケットに最適です。
キッチンは屋外の食事のための絵のような竹に囲まれた設定に降りる別のデッキへと続いている。 この地域は午後/夕方の太陽を捕らえます。

いくつかの車で路上駐車が可能で、入り口まで運転できるという追加のボーナスもあります。
Aフレームは、町のゴージャスなカフェ、レストラン、デザイナーズショップから徒歩わずか5分、スーパーマーケットから角を曲がったところにあります。 10分ほど歩くと、家族連れにぴったりの散歩道やサイクリングコースがあります。 反対方向には、車で数分またはプールから15分、家族で遊ぶ公園へは徒歩15分、川からは車で5分です。

高品質のリネン - ダブルベッド1台、シングルベッド4台、またはキングサイズベッド1台、ダブルベッド1台、シングルベッド2台。 小さな折りたたみ式ベッド、ハイチェア、ベビーベッドをご利用いただけます。

喫煙は外でのみ可能です。

清掃料金は料金に含まれていますが、片付けてください。

Lovely property, very well-kept and has everything you need. Very close to Greytown shops but also felt very secluded, so was wonderful for a weekend away, and great to be able to bring our dog as well.

We had a lovely relaxing stress free stay. Great location, very peaceful beautiful street and short walk to town. House was immaculate and beds extremely comfortable. Best of all for us was the garden and outside seating areas, perfect for sheltered sunny outdoor eating and relaxation.

Was a lovely place to stay - really enjoyed the afternoon on the deck. It was warm but the sun had moved around so we could sit in the shade comfortably. Lots of little touches around the house, and we spend a good few hours working through the “conversation cards” in the lounge. Totally recommend, would definitely look at book again if we were heading to Greytown in the future.

We have lived in Greytown for the past 20 years so are very knowledgeable about how to enjoy what the Wairarapa has to offer.

Besides providing beds for 6 guests, we have 2 foldout beds and a cot if required. The configuration of beds can be altered to create a super-king in one room when 2 singles are combined.
The grounds are spacious and private - large enough to host your guest. Great for playing games, have a BBQ and evening drinks on the sun-drenched deck.
Toys, bikes and sports equipment provided keep everyone happily entertained.
In inclement weather, there are plenty of options to keep everyone entertained inside - dvd's suitable for all ages, wifi, board games, books and toys.
With air-con in summer and log burner and heat pump in winter, you can be comfortable all year round.
The A-frame is just a five minute stroll from the gorgeous cafes, restaurants and designer clothes shops in the town and just around the corner from the supermarket. A ten minute walk will take you to the rail trail, which is a lovely walk/biking track for families. In the opposite direction, a few minutes’ drive or 15 minute walk to the swimming pool and family play park and a five minute drive from the river.

Sleeps 6 on luxurious beds with high quality linen– 1 queen bed , 4 single beds or 1 queen bed, 1 super king bed and 2 single beds. Small fold away bed available as well as high chair and cot.

Smoking allowed outside only.

Cleaning is included in the tariff, but please leave it tidy.
