Convenient location, lovely view, nice living room features. Cleanliness could be improved. Bedding in 2nd bedroom smelled a bit musty, coffee spills on floor and kitchen counter were not cleaned up.Other things: light bulbs in 2nd bedroom were too dim to read by, kitchen items seemed rather miscellaneous, loosely organized. Still, we loved our visit. Thanks to our hosts.

Oceanfront wins

The location of this property is what makes it worth it. Right on the beach, and on the top floor so the balcony is open air above as well. Beautiful for watching the stars at night. The condo itself was mediocre. Surfaces and such were clean but it overall felt dingy and outdated. In need of a major upgrade, especially the master bathroom.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only two positives of our stay was the property's location (very convenient and great beach access) & the check-in/out process was seamless. With that being said, everything else really disappointed us. We come every year to Wrightsville Beach for vacation, but this time we were getting married. We thought we booked an amazing place but it was honestly terrible. We have a toddler, the sliding doors to balcony did not lock. We had to go out and purchase a safety lock because of this. Huge safety issue here. Additionally, neither toilet would flush. We had to fill each toilet with water from the sink to get them to flush. The floors were so dirty, we had to use socks or flip flops or our feet would be black. My wife ended up deep cleaning the entire place including cleaning the floors which took forever. During the get-ready process, my wife had to go down to another unit our family stayed in to put on her dress due to how dirty the floors were. There were also stains all over the couch.We are not the type to complain, we are just super disappointed in our stay and experience here. What was supposed to be a magical time was filled with stress and sadness for where we decided to stay for a week. We booked from Sunday to Sunday, and actually ended up leaving on Friday because we could not stay another night. Long review, but if you have children, defer to another place. This condo is just a lawsuit waiting to happen- with no working lock, on the 8th floor, and largely spaced railing that a toddler could easily slip through. Unfortunately, I do not recommend High Seas to anyone.

OK stay, but terrible staff

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall an OK stay. The condo is old and the cleaning crew did not do a good job. One of the toilets did not flush, btw.The rental agency on the other hand lacks empathy for their customers and they're rude. They have a 4PM check-in and a 10AM check-out policy, which seem very unusual (6 hour gap.) They make you go to their office first to grab keys (and you can't get them before 4pm) and they demand you to return keys before check out time. Incredible! Had a lady from the office call me 'threatening' to charge my card for not returning the keys on time, when it was only 15 min past check out time, and I was already out of the apartment going through traffic. I wonder how she wanted me to get there so quickly; probably fly.My wife and I like the area and were thinking of renting a whole month during summer time, but not with these guys.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For as fussy as Bryant Real Estate was about the check in and check out, you would think it would have been a palace. Instead a very average, if not run down condo. Popcorn ceilings, old primary bathroom, two not matching tile floors in the living room, hard to use/worn out locks throughout the complex, bed linens provided in shrink wrapped bags for the renter to put on the beds, no complimentary shampoo, no hangers in closet. Overall, the views were nice, the living room sectional and beds were comfortable but mostly pretty icky. Would never recommend it.

Not Bad, But a Few Hiccups

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved Bryant Real Estate. Everything was so easy and professional. Even let us go into the unit almost 3 hours early. The unit itself was very nicely decorated and furnished. Lots of seating and great cable tv connection. Wonderful balcony rockers. Was happy with the extra paper products provided in the unit. Loved the clean, plastic wrapped sheets and towels. Extra of both. I didn't mind making up my bed. I wish the blankets and bedspreads were also cleaned between patrons. Most disappointing was I found that the dirty sheets were still on the twin beds, with the bedspread covering them. One set had black dog hairs on them, even though the unit was suppose to be pet free. Also had the same black hairs on the pillows on the couch. Unit a/c was very cold, except for the master bedroom. Even keeping the curtains drawn, the room, was barely cool. Hallway bathroom shower needs some no-slip adhesive pads on the floor, as it was too slippery to even use. Great water pressure in the master bathroom shower. I still enjoyed my stay, as the unit/building was very quiet. I never heard my neighbors. And the beach in front of the building was not the least bit crowded. I would stay at Station One again.

Nice property overall

This is a decent property. It was fairly updated and provided a beautiful view. I was shocked by all of the VRBO fees… For instance, they request that you remove sheets and create separate piles for linens when you already pay $150+ for a linen service. Take your own trash out after the stay even though you pay a rather large cleaning fee as well. Those aren’t big deals but something I believe could be taken care of in the service that I am paying for in the additional fees.

Unit was nice but dated. Needed better markings on the unit's front door. Was not clear when we arrived. Property had a roach issue. Nice new parking lot.

Just about perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The views were impeccable and priceless. We will definitely rent again. The dishwasher did not work, and the vanity light in the master bathroom lit up every fourth or fifth switch. Small issues, honestly; that said, it would be good to have responsive versus automated communication from the rental agency for any concerns, per prior reviews.

Great family trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful view, great location and nice rental. Maintenance was working on the roof when we arrived. They did not thoroughly clean up the balcony so we had to sweep it otherwise we would not have been able to use it. Also the floors got very dirty, we had to clean off our feet before getting into bed. I would recommend to the owners they get an area rug for the living room and put smaller rugs by the sides of the bed to help. For the price they need to finish their renovation. It’s half complete and disappoints being a high rise in Wrightsville.
