The condo was fantastic for me and my two BFFs. Very large and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bath. Very clean, well furnished and host answered quickly with anything we needed.

Nice, clean, up to date unit. Comfy bed, nice linens, appliances in working order. Temperature controlled very well. Unable to find trash room.I would recommend a stay there to friends.

This condo was perfect for our recent girls weekend. Plenty of room for 6 women. The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. We were within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops, and a parking garage for the additional car we had with us. The Biltmore was an easy drive away. I had seen in the reviews that the condo is across from the bus station, which is true, but we found the buses were not running late into the evening and we were not bothered by any noise. As a bonus, our balcony looked out over the music venue across the street and we got to enjoy a live concert! We would highly recommend this location and will definitely consider staying here again.

Tons of codes to remember to get in and out which was inconvenient. Lots of homeless outside which made our walks to and from town scary. Great location though.

We were in town for a wedding. The apartment was clean, spacious and updated. It was great for our family of 6 The only downside was the neighborhood. My son arrived late after flight delays and there were several people outside apartment homeless and using drugs .

The condo was spacious, well appointed and clean. We loved that each of the three couples had their own bathroom and private bedroom space. It was walking distance to downtown Asheville and the breweries. The management company was incredibly communicative and helpful. The only downside was it was directly across the street from the bus station. Just something that we had to be aware of when we were walking around. We would absolutely stay at this condo again.

Convenient on the outside, comfortable on the inside

We were well located to the downtown area of Asheville, no more than a 5 minute walk to reach some very worthwhile coffeeshops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, and comfortable for our group of seven and the beds were clean and soft. I enjoyed the apartment; my highlight being the bathrooms, they felt like a luxury spa bathroom.

Clean and modern condo

The apartment was perfect for 3 adult couples with the 3 baths. Location was good from an accessibility perspective however the bus station had some homeless and the concert venue across the street was loud when the band was playing.

Beautiful new condo great for friends/couples

The building is brand new and the condo is beautifully, professionally decorated. All top of the line appliances in kitchen. Very large bedrooms especially two king rooms with large en suite bathrooms. Bedding is top quality. Mattresses very comfortable. Condo is a short drive to all the top attractions/areas in Asheville. A short but steep walk to downtown. We chose not to walk as proximity to bus depot (across the street) seemed to attract some vagrants later in afternoon/evening, and we were three ladies alone. Building itself has excellent security. We felt very safe in parking and unit. Would highly recommend overall. Communication with Brandon/property managers was prompt and helpful before and during stay.

Great Guys Trip to Asheville

My friends and I came into town for a comedy show at Harrah's and this place was a perfect location for us. We were close to everything, but just far enough away to feel like we weren't in the thick of everything. The comments on all of the codes to get in the complex, use the elevator and get in to the unit, as well as the parking, are justified....but more of an annoyance than anything else.

Wonderful condo! All amenities were there. Beds were comfortable! Only issue was the included parking spot was tight fit and garage access was confusing.

Roomy modern apartment

The apartment was lovely, clean and roomy. Walkable to downtown and directly across the street from the bus depot. Mountain View’s from every window. We had a great time in Asheville.

Quick weekend getaway

We went as a family for a birthday celebration! Condo worked well for our family. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Location was convenient as well. It was super clean too! Only issue we had was the parking. The assigned parking spot has a concrete post in the corner of it which made parking tricky. Management did their best to help when they could.

easy walk to everytwhere downtown. Also very convenient that all locks are pushbutton codes, so multiple people can be coming and going without needing to juggle keys. Only one parking place.

Great Two Day Getaway.

Great condo within walking distance of downtown Asheville. Clean and comfortable with a bathroom for every bedroom. Perfect setup for 3 couples. Only one parking spot in garage.
