Stunning southside city views, outdoor space, and contemporary design in this new-build, walkable condo in downtown south slope Asheville. This 3-bedroom features 3 king bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. The unit also provides 2 garage parking spaces. Located in the South Slope Brewery District and walkable to everything downtown.
Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors.

Unit layout:
1st floor- entrance
2nd floor- kitchen, living room, half bath
3rd floor- king bedroom with ensuite bath, king bedroom, full bath in hallway, laundry
4th floor- sitting area, deck, bedroom, full bath across from the bedroom

Unit provides a double garage, that can accommodate two compact cars. (6'8 H, 15'5 W, 17' L)

The condo was very clean and comfy for our group of 4 adults. Parking was easy due to onsite garage and moving our luggage inside and out was easy due to the elevator. Also it was in a great location for anyone wanting to see the sights in and around Asheville.

Great location, nice unit

Great place. Conveniently located to breweries, restaurants and downtown area. The kitchen was adequate—could use some larger pots and pans off your planning on cooking. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful townhome

The townhome was great - super clean, beds are comfortable, and the elevator was really helpful in easily getting our luggage to the upper floors. The townhome is really convenient walking to lots of places. Check in was seemless. We'd rent this place again for sure.

Excellent

Place is very clean and new. We walked all three nights to the restaurants and breweries, please just be aware that it is up a hill. Coffee shop around the corner. Great place and would highly recommend.

Amazing location, great hosts

We loved, loved, loved this property and the hosts. I’ve stayed in Asheville many times and this property was close to some of the best Asheville has to offer. The hosts were responsive and flexible and the property is beautiful and clean. Make sure to book an appointment at Sauna House across the street if you stay here. Highly recommend this rental! We had 5 girls and had plenty of room.

Excellent location. Extremely clean. Condo had plenty of household items. Took us a while to figure out the ice maker. Would stay there again and again.

Getaway with family

The property exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for us all to have our own private areas. The upstairs living room was our favorite, we hung out here every night playing games. The owners were very helpful when we needed to add a night on at the last minute and were very accommodating. There are lots of breweries in walking distance, albeit uphill, but if you can handle that the main city is just a 17 minute walk uphill. The Mexican restaurant across the street was amazing and I highly recommend it. I hope to be back at this property in the future when it is warmer. Thanks for the great trip.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great, so close to many things and never felt unsafe. We walked everywhere and only used the car to go to the River Arts District. Others have mentioned that the walk to downtown is uphill, but it's not bad at all. A 5-20 minute walk will take you so many places. The garage is small, it would be difficult for two large vehicles, but there was street parking available if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is convenient to walk to the south slope and downtown. The property was also clean, easy to access, and great for multiple couples to have their own space.

Excellent location and townhouse!

We enjoyed our short stay. There was plenty of room. Very clean and relatively new. Tastefully decorated and lots of supplies included. We did not cook but could easily have as the kitchen is stocked with all that you'd likely need to make wonderful meals. The 2 car garage was very handy. Hope to stay here again!

Immaculate Condo

Condo was practically brand new and fully furnished and it was a quick easy walk from all of downtown and super close to the Asheville craft beer scene. All the electronic keyless entry locks were great and made the place super easy to use. Great experience.

Beautiful townhome

The home was clean and comfortable. A 5-10 minute walk to some coffee shops, bars, and restaurants and a 5 minute drive to downtown or the River Arts District. Overall great experience with a very responsive host/manager. The two car garage was an additional perk.

Great weekend getaway

Condo was a great alternative to a hotel! Gave the family plenty of space to hang together as well as being in walking distance to plenty of restaurants, breweries and shopping. Rental was new, clean and had all the comforts of home (plus an elevator!). It was also nice that each couple had their own bathroom. Would definitely rent again.
