I received an email prior to arrival letting me know that my parking pass would be at the gate, and also giving me the contact for any problems. When I arrived the gate did not have my parking pass, or us listed to stay. They would not let us in even though I showed them the email confirmation. I called our contact sent to us by Evolve Management, he told us he wasn't able to help that I would need to contact the owner. I again looked on my email, it did not have the owners contact, so then I called the main number for Evolve since my dirct contact was not helpful. The main number told me to call my contact, I told them I did. They put me on hold and after several minutes I hung up. I again called the contact provided, and after becoming frustrated he told me he was "just the cleaner", and provided me with the owner contact info. I received an email from the main number telling me they could not give out the owner info. It was such a cluster. After being in the car for 14 hours taking more than 30 minutes to be able to get in touch with someone to get a parking pass was extremely frustrating. In future booking I will avoid any properties that use Evolve. Once I reached the owner she was very nice, and apologetic. The condo was fine, I do agree with the other reviews that it would be cleaner, and the outside of building was run down. The property description also has that the property has a basketball court, I don't think it did. We looked for it, and looked on the sign showing where everything is. But I won't say 100% that we didn't somehow miss it. There were also lots of cats that hang around. It is right beside a feral cat rescue type of place. The cats didn't bother me, they greeted me each time we came in or out.
