This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Evian villa located within Shipyard Plantation on the seventh Tee of the Brigantine golf course, is a short bike ride to the beach and a quick walk for golf and tennis. This villa is perfect for families and couples alike. The open floor plan offers plenty of natural light and access to a covered patio with golf views.

The living area with plenty of natural light offers vaulted ceilings, luxury plank floors, wet bar with wine fridge, sectional sofa, flat screen television and electric fireplace. Great area for family gatherings.

The fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances opens up to the dining area with access to the outdoor balcony overlooking the golf course that is partially covered for outdoor relaxing.

The large master bedroom has a seating area with golf course views that features a king-size bed, flat screen television, and walk-in closet. The new private master bathroom features a large custom walk-in shower and double vanity and plenty of counter space.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a Twin Size Bed with a flat screen television and plenty of closet space. The guest bathroom is located just outside the bedroom featuring a shower/tub combination.

Beach chairs and beach umbrella/Coolcabana are provided for your enjoyment.

The condo is wonderful. Great location in a gated community. 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Very pleasant view of the golf course from the back deck. We had many great evenings sitting watching the golfers and wildlife go by.

Clean & Charming Coastal Getaway

We loved our stay at this townhouse! Everything was spotless and comfortable. The decor feels very coastal….perfect for the location! We had everything we needed for our stay, including beach gear. The owner was an outstanding communicator! We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful, spacious, excellent location

We stayed here over the 4th of July holiday weekend and I can’t say enough good things about this property or the hosts. The communication is excellent. The location of the unit is perfect. So close to restaurants, the beach, and grocery stores. It was incredibly clean and had every amenity we could need. We raved about how great it was the entire time and would stay here again without question.

Fantastic Condo - Highly Recommend

We've stayed in several condos over the years on Hilton Head Island and this was by FAR our favorite. The condo is clean, updated, beds very comfortable, beautifully decorated and well equipped. there were beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and towels for the beach! Close to the beach and all things Hilton Head. The condo is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Scott and Myla sent very detailed information, we were well taken care of. Very generous hosts and easy to get in touch with.

Second stay just as great as the first one

This was our second stay at this condo in Hilton Head and it was just as great as our first time. This second level condo is great and the location is perfect. We will definitely look to stay here the next time we come back. Short bike ride to the beach access and Coligny shopping center. Watch golfers from the balcony. Short walk to the pool, tennis, and pickleball courts. Scott and Myla think of everything to make your stay great and are very responsive.

All around awesome stay! Excellent home, hosts, area

If we ever make it back to Hilton Head, we will stay here! House is as described, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The hosts are phenomenal and communication was excellent. And the Shipyard village is great as well. Don’t think twice about booking here.

Our family's favorite condo at HHI! It's just perfect!

Our family has been coming to Hilton Head of 6 years and typically stay in a different condo each time. But we loved Scott and Myla's condo so much last summer that we booked it again for this summer. The condo is beautiful! We love the decor and it is well stocked with everything you need, and more! They have thought of everything! We also love the location at Shipyard Plantation. It's a short walk to the pool which we loved. We drive to the beach (because of all the kids stuff) but the drive is short and parking is easy! Scott and Myla send so much detailed information a few weeks ahead which is so helpful. I texted a few questions to Scott during our visit. He's quick to reply and so warm, friendly, and helpful! We hope to come back again next summer! Thank you Scott and Myla for sharing your lovely condo with our family!

Relaxing time in paradise

This was a quiet, well appointed villa in beautiful Shipyard. We enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were quick to respond to any inquiries and we enjoyed watching golfers from the second story patio. Walked to tennis and the beach each day. Perfect location.

Hidden gem in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. Easy check in. Owner readily available and very pro active. Quiet environment. 3 golf courses inside the property which we got to play one of them. Short driving distance to Harbour village. Nice, comfortable balcony with golf course view. Highly recommended. You cannot go wrong with this village.

Great property, great hosts.

Highly recommend staying at this property while enjoying HHI. Great location, and the property is especially clean, comfortable and nicely appointed with the hosts thinking of everything as far amenities. They were totally available for questions, and kept in close contact for any questions.

Quiet centrally located and well kept

This is an outstanding place. Very clean in a very quiet spot in Shipyards. Communications with the host was excellent and they provided everything you could think of for a very relaxing and stress free experience. The location is very close to everything and is very well maintained. We definitely would stay there again.

Perfect!

Scott and Myla's condo is exactly as described. Incredibly clean and comfortable. They have thought of everything you could possibly need while you are staying and are available should you need anything else. Shipyard is peaceful and quiet. We played a couple of rounds at the Shipyard Golf Course and found it very enjoyable! I have no hesitations recommending this property!!

A Happy Hilton Head Holiday!

What a wonderful stay - and the happiest of holidays. Over the years we have stayed regularly on the Island. This year we wanted to share the holidays with our adult children near the beach. Scott and Myla’s home was beautifully decorated and clean! The cleanest, neatest condo we have ever rented - spacious and well laid out and stocked with everything we could need. We were able to tuck right in and get ready for Christmas. A wonderful surprise - our host invited us to arrive the night before! My daughter and I arrived and set up and decorated the little tree we brought and put the gifts underneath. When my husband and son arrived the next morning they found the tree lit and the fireplace ablaze. The time we spent at the Pickleball court (a two minute stroll from the condo) and morning and night beach walks added to a bright and happy holiday. We’ll be back!

Everything you need and so much more.

Beautiful, up to date condo with so many amenities. Very on point home owners. It’s very apparent they want your experience to be as great as it can be. Great visit!

Peaceful villa

This place was perfect for our stay. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach. The pool and tennis courts are much closer. Some of the locals told us that we arrived at one of the busiest times on the island. But this Villa in Shipyard was still peaceful despite the crowds in surrounding areas. Scott and Myla were super responsive before and during our trip and their Villa was spotless. We have rented several VRBO's in the past. This is the first one that felt like home.

Perfection!

Everything about this condo was spectacular. We’ve been staying at different rentals for 20 years and many of them have been great, but I think this one was the cleanest and provided the most “extras”. We appreciated the beach gear, since it made less packing from home for us. Owners were so responsive and accommodating. The decor is updated and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great week :)
