Ok

The best part of the rental for me was the bed - and the house is cute. The bad parts are as follows. It is very noisy all hours of the day and night in the rental. The street is right outside the door - and there is a street access door in the bedroom that makes it really loud in the bedroom. Dogs bark often and cars roar going up that street. People stop and talk right outside the doors too. We had a hard time sleeping because of the noise. We even use a white noise machine to sleep and it didn’t help much. We were also disappointed that there wasn’t coffee and filters available to use. There wasn’t a toilet paper supply and we ran out after the 3rd night. I didn’t like to have to meet the host to get into the rental. I’ve used VRBOs for years and have not ever had to meet up to arrive/get in the house and meet her upon departure (we skipped the latter, but she did request to meet with us before leaving - very odd). I am so sorry to have to leave this review. I think it is important to be completely honest.

Wonderful property. Outstanding Location, large room. Emma (Manager) & The Owner, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. Absolutely will book this property again.

Vallarta double apartment!

This double apartment was idea for my friend and I! It has separate sleeping quarters with kitchens, bathrooms and entrances....but has a short hallway that joins the 2 units idea for hanging out or having your own privacy. The street can be noisy at times so I suggest to bring ear plugs, but other than that Emma the on site manager of the units and the cleaning staff was great!

Spacious Studio

We stayed at this location for 5 days in February. We were happy to have bottled water, ice, salt and pepper, good TV, great wifi, and beach towels available in the unit. It is very clean and comfortable. Hopefully the couch, which is the bed, is replaced by a regular bed in the near future. Although not completely uncomfortable, a regular bed would take less space and be more comfortable. Emma was great and we will return to Puerto Vallarta next year.

Dale is a master builder and remodeler in Oregon & named Top 500 remodelers in the United States. His attention to detail resulted in the authentic remodel of the historic Casa Corona Villa in 2007. When the properties next door (Casa Coronita & Casa Gallo) came to be abandoned in 2015, Dale procured the properties and fully re-built two spaces turning them into brand new rental properties. Now Casa Coronita & Casa Gallo. Dale’s daughter, Kayla manages the properties, reservations and listings and is the primary contact for rentals.

Direct access to a larger villa, it can be rented together or separately, offering the ability to accommodate 2, 4, 6, 12 and up to 20 people with the large villa.
3 blocks to the beach, centrally located downtown within walking distance to everything!
