Excellent!

It was very nice for the four adults that stayed. All needs were met and we enjoyed our time in the home. The only thing that would have made it perfect, was having a second king size bed.

Lovely, clean updated home!

This was a lovely clean and updated home! It was so fun to have a game room for entertainment because it rained the 5 days we stayed at the house. It was comfortable place to stay and I would recommend it to others, as well as return for a future stay!

Genuinely nice ocean overlook house

So many places are a little more run-down or worn-in than you expect, so it was lovely to stay in a place this quiet, clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. We managed to cook and serve a full Thanksgiving dinner for four here, and the only nitpick I I could come up with is that there were only four or five table forks available. (Very minor problem.) I love the street the house is on and the views over the ocean. Great internet and nice TVs in all the rooms with access to any streaming services you have a sign-in for.

Pictures make it look like ocean is closer

The house overall was okay. Generally nice decor however we had two complaints: 1. The sheets in the master bedroom and last bedroom on right were not clean. Both smelled like smoke and we had to wash them in order to sleep. 2. The pictures of house were very deceiving regarding the location of ocean. It appeared in photos to be close to ocean. This is not the case.

Beautiful coastal house as pictured

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Seaborn. It was as good as the description given. The cleanest place! Beautiful bedding and decorations in the house. It rates at the top of houses we have rented. We could not find a notebook with Wifi information and house rules but found an instruction sheet on the refrigerator. Could have used a few more rolls of paper towels just incase needed. No napkins in the kitchen or coffee. We had to go buy those things - at a Convenient Mart just 2 blocks away. Also, towels were lovely in the bathroom but only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths in each bathroom. It worked for us but just happened to look in the dryer when we were leaving and found it full of clean, dried towels. A note from the cleaning person that there was a load of clean towels in the dryer would have been appreciated. We would definitely return to this beautiful, spotless house.

Very comfortable home. It was clean had nice updated furniture w comfortable beds. Not ocean front but beautiful ocean view and still close enough to hear the surf. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. We will be back

Great place

The property was close to several attractions. You get a good view of the beach from almost all the rooms and the patio. Nice spacious rooms, board games and cable connection to even spend time indoors if you don't have any outdoor activities planned. Thanks for hosting us.

Nice view

We enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights as we drove down the Oregon coast. The kitchen was convenient, great washer/dryer, and the privacy of a private home. Great view of the ocean, even tho you are not oceanfront. It was a good value. We recommend they get the carpets cleaned, and the master bedroom mattress probably needs to be replaced. It was comfortable, because it had a foam topper on it, but it gullied in the middle. With the space available in the large bedroom, a king size bed would be nice. Thanks for hosting us!

Great place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying at The Seaborn house. Loved the ocean views and listening to the waves all night. Except for some spots on the carpet, the house was very clean. We will hopefully be coming back next year!
