Close to everything!

The property was as listed, close to attractions and shopping. We had minor problem with ants inside and the property manager tried to take care of it during our stay. Communication with the property manager was great!

Our Stay

The best things about this house were that it was super clean and very close to Disney. Two big pluses. We left a list of things that need the owner's attention. The list included: fix the toilet in the hall bathroom to keep from running; fix the garbage disposal; the dvd player would not work for my workout cds, and get new window coverings! Since we stayed for 2 weeks these items bothered us. We did a lot of cooking so the garbage disposal was really needed. Other items to add to the kitchen are a cutting board and a pair of tongs. Even though the windows face into an empty yard with fencing, I felt uneasy. Too many window slats missing or torn. A couple of nice deck chairs would be a good add.

Absolutely perfect!

This house was incredible! We stayed here because we went to Epcot for the 50th Disney Anniversary and it was SO close! I've been using Vrbo to book places to stay out of town because they're honestly cheaper than hotels and you have your own space/washer&sryers (which is MEGA important when you're staying away for an extended period of time!) This place was almost too good to be true! The distance from Disney, the space we had, the master bathroom (OMG!) I would do anything to have that shower in my own home! I loved the fact that the lock was electronic because it was one less thing to have to worry about remembering. The house was a perfect size and the bedrooms were set up so nice. I loved that each one had an accent wall that matched the bedsets. If you're going to Florida with the family, I would HIGHLY recommend this house. AND THE BACK YARD. OH MY WORD! I have 2 pups at home and would DIE to have a yard like that for them! (Also fantastic if you have young children! ;) )

When we drove up to our rental, the first thing we noticed was stickers stuck to the house above the garage - like a kid had gotten on a ladder and put them everywhere. Check-in with the touchpad went smoothly, but inside we were greeted with the overpowering smell of air freshener. Arguably, it could just be us who are sensitive to those kinds of smells, so if you love air fresheners this would not be a problem for you. The place seemed clean enough but there was food splattered on the blinds above the sink and grease splatter covering the wall behind the stove. During our evening meal out a waitress had spilled a glass of lemonade on my husband and we were hoping to wash his jeans and t-shirt, but there was no laundry detergent as listed on the listing. When I emailed the listed contact, they're response was to apologize, but didn't offer to make it right. Also they do not provide shampoo or soap aside from the little hand soaps you unwrap (also listed as provided). My kids seemed to sleep fine in their beds, but the master bedroom bed squeaks if you just look at it. At some point in the wee hours of the morning after not being able to sleep, because of the headboard squeaking, I was able to wedge my shoes between the wall and the headboard to stop the rocking and remedy the squeak. We didn't spend much time at the condo because we headed to universal studios early each day and came back late and we would not recommend this condo for anyone who had an aversion to air fresheners and squeaky beds.

Nice house in a great location

House was located very conveniently to Disneyworld, restaurants, and shopping. The house is nicely furnished with everything you will need. My son enjoyed playing at the little park in the neighrhood. Great place to stay!

Just what we had hoped for!

The house has a positive energy, both warm & inviting. My husband & I spent seven days here with our Daughter, Son-in-law and our 6 year old Granddaughter. The house was big enough for us all to have together time but enough space for everyone to have their own privacy. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from Walmart (groceries), about a 15-20 minute drive to Disney, and about an hour and a bit drive to the Kennedy Space Center. Couldn’t ask for a better location! Our host, Reginald was terrific and accommodating, answering emails within a few minutes. We had a wonderful stay and the house is exactly what we had hoped it would be (based on the photos and the description on the online listing) Thanks again!

Orlando getaway

This is a very attractive, well-kept up property in a residential neighborhood. My son and I, who are visiting a relative in Kissimmee and also visiting the space center in Merritt Island national wildlife refuge, found it very comfortable and more than adequate. Instructions and check in were very clear and the house was well furnished and well kept up. Renters should be aware that this is a residential neighborhood and that routine shopping, such as grocery shopping, involves a 2 to 3 mile drive. This is a minor inconvenience but otherwise the property is great! I would certainly stay here again.

Great trip!

This house was clean and comfortable! We used it for a girls weekend to Disney and everyone had a great time. Easy and quick to get Ubers to the parks and to local stores (target) and restaurants (Rock and Brew). Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Overall nice

House was nice and easy to get to from 192. The house is comfortable overall and has everything you need. The pillows are uncomfortable and it does need better cleaning. Overall not bad for the price.

Great property

Property was very nice. The community it was in was well maintained and very easy to get to. It’s just 15 minutes from Disney parks and 20 minutes from SeaWorld Orlando. Inside of home was very well kept and came with everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was new and updated. Bathrooms were clean and well kept. Overall a very good vacation rental. Will be back in the future

Loved the place! Very clean comfortable and as pictured! Less than 20 minute drive to Disney and 5 minutes from lots of shopping groceries etc. I would definitely stay here again. 1 1/2 hours from Clearwater and the same for manatee tours in crystal river. thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would bring additional TP as there were only two rolls provided per bathroom so we restocked at Walmart mid trip. This house is perfect for families and larger groups.

Lovely home

We loved the place! The house is beautifully renovated giving it a modern feel. My only disappointment was that there wasn’t any tv service available besides that it was perfect! It also wasn’t too far from Universal Studios which was great. Amazing place for an amazing price! I would definitely stay here again
