Host was congenial and unobtrusive. The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood and we found the rooms clean and tastefully decorated. We were looking for a clean, safe place to just get a good night's sleep and this was it. There is Roku TV and WiFi, not sure that was in the description. Very firm twin beds made for a restful sleep. Wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Check-in process was very simple. Location was close to everyplace that we needed to go. Room was small as listed in other reviews- just something to be aware of when you book. The room size was not an issue for us as we were out and about a lot. Wi-fi worked well. Host was very nice.

Lovely accommodations. I was pleasantly surprised to find a microwave, refrigerator and iron. Safe neighborhood and there is a supermarket close by.

Perfect place to stay during our visit to Summerville/Charleston. Beautiful home with private access. 2 beds. Full bath, with the BEST water pressure I've ever had. Roku tv, fridge/freezer. Coffeemaker and a few coffee mugs for a great wake up. The beds were so comfortable too!!

It was a very good stay, very clean, safe neighborhood and quiet. If you are looking for a small space with the necessary amenities and separate bathroom, this is the ideal place. Consider that you have two single beds.

Just what we needed

My sister and I were in Charleston for a concert. We needed just a place to get ready before and to sleep after. It was a quiet location. It was about 35 minutes to Charleston venue and the beds were comfortable.

I stayed here for a couple of nights to visit Charleston; it was a great decision! The host was friendly and communicated well. The location was also ideal as it was quiet yet there were many places to go nearby if you needed to buy food or other necessities. I would come here again whenever I visit Charleston for sure!

My sister and I stayed here for 4 days. We spent most of our day at the beach and shopping around town. Our stay could not have been more perfect! Everything was very clean and well kept inside the room. The host Shawn was very kind and responsive to anything that we needed or had questions about. The bathroom was clean and tidy. It is a perfect place to stay for one or two people! Would consider staying her again in the future!

Great for overnight stay

I'm probably being extremely picky. The place was nice. Homeowner used some space off of his garage. Entered through his personal garage. I did t like that his belongings were not secured. I wouldn't take anything, but I just felt weird walking through someones garage. Everything was clean and as described. For the living quarters. A bit smaller than expected, but it served the purpose we needed, which was a nights sleep.

The unit was exactly as described. Shawn was very helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. The unit was very clean and well appointed!
