Niagara Falls for the first time…!!

This is the 1st time my family and I come up-state to see the Niagara Falls and we had an amazing experience..!! Mike Was great, very thoughtful and easy to reach out to! The home is beautiful, it has all you really need spend the night or week. Very spacious, with the essential cook/home ware. If you are looking for a place to stay for vacation, this the place to book ..! :)

Many Hygienic Issues

Extremely disappointed 😔. -Many flies in the kitchen, especially in the middle of the popcorn ceiling. -Dirty linen: hair and dirt even on the lining that was changed for the cleaning lady after we complained. Dirty towels: hair and dirt in the white towels. - fridge dirty: especially in the freezer. - mouse drops: it was found in the first lower room, next to the washing machine and the upper living room behind the sofa. - ya lower level white sofa was very dirty. -Insect: spider and dirty, dusty windows. - We left the property, We didn’t think the cleaning lady or the owner could fix these complaints because these hygienic issues are NOT something you fix at one time. - property should be ready and cleaned before visitors arrived and not waited for your guests to call the owner and complain. - Reviews are definitely faked. VRBO should make sure these property owners are not making fraudulent advertisements and rentals.

Perfect stay

This property was beyond everything that my family expected. The house was spotless, we had children with us and they had enough room to play and enjoy their time. Mike was very helpful, thank you Mike & Kylie!

Great Family Spot

We did a mini family reunion, 4 couples with a few small children. Enough room for everyone, comfortable, plenty of spots to chat, near to the Falls and attractions. Hosts were great! Very informative and available if needed.

Thank you Mike and Kylie We had a very nice stay with all amenities in the house and around the neighborhood. Excellent sightseeing. Washer, dryer and more linen would be better for 13-15 people. But we should have called Mike for it. Approach to the lawn was muddy. Dog poop on the lawn was not appropriate. But it could have been a neighbor’s dog. Thank you

August Weekend

Overall we enjoyed our experience in the house and ease of communication with the host. Some things we liked: electronic thermostats in the upstairs and downstairs, electronic lock systems, updated kitchen with large island and seating, backyard with seating and grills. Things we didn’t like: house was not as clean as we expected, there was some dirt in the corners and windowsills, vent missing and lightbulbs out in the upstairs bathroom, the pots and pans and some kitchen items were very low quality, and there was no access to laundry machines. The Niagara Falls, NY area is not the best but we felt safe. There was medium-high noise level from the traffic next to the house.

Excellent family trip!

We just got back from a great time at Niagara Falls. The rental process was easy and the home was as advertised. MIke was extremely easy to work with and everything went off without issue.

It is Okay

The interior of the property was already upgraded but there was smell of mildew. Need to open the windows to vent. Most of the properties in area are old. It was scary when we arrived at night and we couldn’t find the assigned parking due to property was not well lidded and no street light. We got a parking ticket for parking on 25th St., and finally found our assigned parking space in the Morning. The neighborhood do look better during the day light. The owner was very nice to listen to our recommendations and sent a refund of $75 for our 2 guesses who did not make for this trip. This refund helped paying for the $35 parking ticket. Thanks

A nice place in Niagara falls

The house was nice and clean and met our expectations. It would have been nice to have a few more sets of linen as we were a big group.

The house has two apartments. The second-floor apartment is in poor conditions but livable. The first-floor apartment is in very, very, very bad conditions, has a very strong moldy smell. We rented the whole hose being 11 people and we end up all sleeping in the second-floor apartment.

The home has been recently renovated on the inside. The outside and neighborhood was a bit scary. The home worked well for our family. It is convenient to Niagara Falls.

Niagara Falls Family Vacation

We were very satisfied with the accommodations, it was close to attractions on the American side. Mike clued me into areas to explore, and the back yard was great for the kids. The neighborhood did not impress us in the beginning, but we didn't have any problems. I have bad knees, so I had some problems finding a comfortable place to sit, but no one else complained. All in all it went well.

Good for big families

We had a good time on the falls. About the property it's like two worlds exterior(kind of scary at the beginning) and interior(you can noticed owner has put lot of money and effort to make it a nice looking place with all you will need) We have some small discomfort with some of the cleaning on our check in inspection but Mike the owner took care of it immediately and he was always available if we need it... We were a Family of 9 so was good to be in the same place instead of being on separate locations during our trip.. Will recomend it to families of 8 or more... Thanks mike for your hospitality..

Excellent Value / Perfect for Larger Groups

Perfect choice for multiple families traveling together. The property is located close to all the attractions with amble parking and tons of square footage. We traveled with 4 cars, 8 adults, and 2 children--and had room to spare. It's not the Ritz, but it is excellent value for the money. Lots of little extras added to make guests feel at home. Good communication with the owners prior to arrival, and during our stay. Absolutely, no complaints! Would stay there again and will definitely recommend to friends and family!
