The property is a little dated and the kitchen full, but great value for money. Pool was lovely. Grdat to be able to walk to poipu beach, nothing else walkable but we were happy, except for the storm!

Clean, spacious, comfortable

The place was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Close to the pool. Corner, with lots of cross wind. Was able to walk to beaches, about a 10 minute walk.

Spacious condo in a great location

Pros: Clean and spacious condo with two huge bathrooms. Easy walk to the beach along a well-maintained walkway. Comfortable beds. Beach towels and beach gear. Very nice pool right outside the door that was seldom used by anyone but us. Cons: Wifi is so slow that I finally gave up trying to work on my laptop. Extremely frustrating.

We loved it here. Perfect location, easy parking, easy walk to Poipu Beach. Condo was a bit dated, but in a way that made it even more comfortable and homey. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, tennis equipment all provided, and access to the athletic club was a huge bonus. Never felt hot even though temps were above average. Only issue was it wasnt quite clear from listing that payments would be made through Suite Paradise's website rather than VRBO. SP's email had gone to junk mail and I was very confused on how to make my final payment when it was past due. A message through VRBO alerting to payment portal might help (though I'd book direct with SP in the future).

Great grandkids getaway

Nine days of great snorkeling turtle and monk seal viewing at Poipu Beach and surfing at Hanalei Bay. This property provided ample space for four adults and two kids. We did have two roll aways for the kids as the pullout couch was not comfortable. The property managers were excellent in answering all our questions quickly and addressing our needs. The only drawback is that this unit is located on a corner and vegetation does not hide the traffic on one side. Thank you Patadise Suites staff!!

Our family loved our stay here. The condo was clean, spacious, easy access to walk to Brennekes beach, poipu beach, and shipwreck. The kids loved the pool, which they had to themselves our entire stay. It was ez parking, we used the grill (a little walk to get to), and we enjoyed eating breakfast on our patio. I hope we can return some day!

Budget getaway

Property showing signs of age. Kitchen lacking in basics - coffee filters for example. Somewhat noisy close to the road and impossible to take an afternoon nap with all the outside maintenance work. Watch out for the cockroaches. No air conditioning. Nice location with walkable access to local attractions and restaurants.

Good Location

Large roomy condo with pool just steps away from front door. Condo is a little outdated but was clean and supplied with plenty of towels and linens. Great walking trails and close to restaurant’s and shops. Enjoyed our stay here!

Lovely place.

The only issue we had was that the kitchen was a little understocked with basic needs for cooking. More pots serving bowls etc plus simple things like knives potato masher etc. the place was lovely. Beds comfortable unit clean. Great location by the pool. Thank you for a lovely stay

Lovely

Had a great time in Poipu! The condo was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was nice and roomy allowing us to make meals and save money. Right by the pool which was a big plus for our teenage daughter. Great value for the location. Close to all the shops, restaurants and beaches. Loved hearing the birds in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Great space and easy walk to Poipu beach

This condo is large, wonderful space for our family of 4 and so great to be able to walk to Poipu beach. It is an older condo unit and could use a little freshening up but everything you need is there. We did have a plumbing issue, cold water knob on the master bath shower didn't work upon our arrival but the management company, Suite Paradise had if fixed the same day and we never had another issue with it.
