This is nice if you don’t plan on staying in a lot. Was right next to the beautiful park and quite a few shops you can walk to.

Best spot in Savannah

We had an amazing stay right on the side of Fort. The place felt very private and was never disturbed by our neighbors. Everything was thawed out and had a note written about it never had to reach out to the owner.

Very cute and quaint! The lightbulbs in the recessed lights were so dark that when the sun went down it was really difficult to see and there were no lightbulbs to fit those lights to change them out.

Small but perfect for our short trip

My husband and I went for our one year anniversary trip for a few nights. The place was adorable, very small but perfect for us two. The bed comes out of the wall (it was very comfortable). The water was super hot despite prior reviews saying it wasn’t . There is a door that connects to the rest of the house but locked on our side, a light would turn on all throughout the night every night that you could see underneath that door but couldn’t hear anything. It’s very well insulated. Amenities were enough to get us by, would have been nice if coffee was provided though! It’s directly acrossed the street from Forsyth park. We frequented that park often , whether we walked to sentient bean coffee shop, le chai for wine or the farmers market on Saturday. We ubered to tybee island for one of the days , we walked around and used the pool that southern belle owns. It was quaint, quiet and very clean! We would def stay again, we loved the location and walked everywhere! Parking is sparse around all of Savannah so would recommend the free DOT shuttle , Uber or walking .

Anniversary Trip

Excellent location, close to all attractions. We were blue to walk approximately a mile to anywhere we wanted to go. The view of Forsyth Park from the patio was amazing!

Perfect spot to view the park and all the daily activities that happen there! Great place to walk and bike outside of your front door! Quaint little patio to enjoy morning coffee while people watching.

Great Place to stay

Overall a great place to stay! The place is small, but being on vacation we really didn't spend too much time in the property except to sleep and shower. I felt the location was perfect, directly across the street from Forsyth Park, appx 10 to 15 min walk downtown, Krogers within walking distance as well. I was able to park on surrounding streets with no issues, just pay attention to the posted signs for street sweeping. I'd recommend this place to friends and family.

Great Location!

A beautiful view of the park that we enjoyed every morning and evening. Very walkable to downtown. Compact space, but sufficient for 2 of us.

Disapointing

When we arrived there was less than a roll of toilet paper, the kitchen silverware did not include adult size forks. The next morning there was no coffee available! We had a 4 day stay with towels stocked for only 2 days... After many texts back and forth with the property manager no plan for a proper towel delivery was made=we had to call VRBO to get it done taking precious time away from our anniversary celebration! The pictures of the place exaggerated the quality and suze of the place! It was claustrophobic and decorated underwhelmingly! WE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF AT A Motel 6!

Overall the place was well furnished, clean and the location was wonderful. Plenty of pillows! I think the wall split could use a cleaning on the inside, when we turned it on black stuff blew out and fell to the floor. Small however it was great for 2 people and a beautiful patio view of the park! Thank you for the wonderful place to stay to enjoy our anniversary!

Great Little Studio

The studio was the perfect size for the two of us. We are in our late 50’s. We loved, loved, loved the location right across from Forsyth Park. There was a grocery store nearby that we could walk to for supplies. We walked everywhere except when we went to Wormsloe, Tybee Island and Bonaventure Cemetery. We were able to walk to the car rental location to pick up a car for a very decent price. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and the a/c works well. It was a very quiet neighborhood at night and we never felt unsafe. I would definitely stay here again. We did not use the pool at Tybee Island so I can’t comment on that.

Perfect location and living space for a week.

We had never been to Savannah. We were extremely pleased with the property and location. Easy walk to the River restaurants and attractions. We had everything we needed to cook and the grocery store was close by. The living space was great. Everything could be moved around. The murphy bed was very comfy. We will be back🙂
